Only giving two stars because it has a three bed option. The room was not cleaned at all. Dirt and crumbs all over the floors, used soap in the shower along with hair, no toilet paper, not toiletries, no towels we had to go get all our stuff there was no housekeeping the entire 4 days so we just went and bought our own stuff. The beds were really hard to sleep in they were some of the most uncomfortable beds to try to sleep in. I liked the location and probably would of given a better review if we were able to at least get what we asked for that should of been provided like trash bags which I asked for twice and didn’t get any til the 3rd day. The mini fridge also barely worked we also didn’t have any coffee and no hair dryer. It is very cheap but honestly you can get better for the same price at different hotels in the area.

I failed to read reviews while making reservations!
Got checked in and it was nasty! Something black all over the ceiling, hole in the wall, hairs embedded in one bed and God Only knows what was in the other bed. 2 towels for 4 people. She did try giving us another room but it was just as bad. So I just requested a refund..

The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to restaurants everything else was terrible. Our room smelled like it had water damage and bathroom had mold. The sheets and pillows had hair all over them. The floor was nasty and definitely hadn’t been sweeped in a while. There was trash and food all outside on the balcony and was never picked up the whole 4 days we were there. The only reason we stayed was because we couldn’t get a refund. Not to mention I had to make the lady at the front desk pay attention to us by getting slightly loud.

The only good thing going for this hotel is the location. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! I filed a complaint with Health Dept, scored low 60s, shocked they scored that high. Contacted BBB but the hotel didn't respond. Contacted Wyndham Corporate who wanted to refund only half of what I was charged after getting there and could not stay. Told them I would accept a check for the full amount. Still No check. They are getting at least a 1 night stay from all who get there and due to the condition and health concerns couldn't stay. They are ripping people off and I don't know what else I can do to get this stopped. Our health is more important than that 1 night charge but somebody needs to step in to shut it down. Remodeling or not, rooms should not be available until a complete over haul is done to this hotel. I can't believe they are renting rooms in the state they are in. Lady at front desk had an attitude and didn't care what the state of the room is or how clean or not clean it was. Garbage everywhere including the disgusting mattresses out on balconies. Showed up at check in, room not ready said come back at 4:30. Return at 4:30 she is nowhere in sight. She finally came across parking lot with bag from Cook Out. Went to get refund after checking out room and couple in front of me doing the same. Room reeked. Bathrooms disgusting. Not a clean spot on ceiling. Shoe prints going across carpet. Bedroom door had been kicked in at some point, could tell by the indention to the left of door knob. All that came in while I was waiting for refund were complaining about their rooms. Please Do Not Stay Here!!!!! I truly believe it is not safe. Wished local news there would get involved so all could see how bad it is and what they are doing. It is disgusting. Pigeon Forge is better than this.

The only thing nice about this hotel was the weed smell from around the corner. NO TV REMOTE! No TOWELS! mold on the bed. I’d rather have slept in my car 1000%. Had to get our room changed to another due to the first being filthy and smelling of pure smoke. As a mom I’d die if I ever had to bring my child to a hotel like this again! Thank god my kid wasn’t with me. The lady who changed our room to another was nice but other than that STAY STAY AWAY!

BEDBUGS!!!!!! This hotel is beyond gross. It needs to be shut down and overhauled. Dirty and old and gross. In the time we took to check in, two other families were given dirty rooms (as in they had not been cleaned from previous guests), and two people had reservations but were told there was no room for them. Front desk told one family where the laundry room was so they could go get “clean” linens and towels and clean their own room…that they booked and paid for online, as the room had not been cleaned. We left shortly after checking in and are awaiting a refund. The convention center itself was older but no problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

be careful, worst place ever. No towels. Check-in was terrible, gave us the wrong room number, when I tried to check in the attendant was rude. There was no one to check in, it was all over the phone. No towels, now it's midnight and we can't find a place open to buy them. Don't make the same mistake we did.
