We were talking about calling Renato for another project and realized we never posted a review. To me the best endorsement is the fact that we were excited to have Renato come back to do more work at our house. Of all the contractors we’ve had at our house for various work and estimates Renato was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. His attention to detail and finished product speaks for itself. We were very pleased with how he was able to extend our bluestone patio and match what had been in place for over 20 years. He gave special attention to a drainage issue we were having and was able to mitigate the problem.

Renato and his team are ahead of the rest in Westchester. Try are always on time , and the job always looks great. I have had him work small and large jobs and I have all ways been satisfied. We problem solved our way through one tough job and I was thrilled with his integrity and honesty. I love working with Renato and his team and they will continue to be my Goto guys.

Poor Quality Workmanship. I hired this company to install expensive, porcelain tile in 2 bathrooms. What they did looks like blind men installed it with their feet. The grout is missing in several spots- important places like the shower floor and the tub area- places where water will leak into the walls if I don't get it repaired. The tile is not straight, and some joints are quite a bit larger than others. When I pointed this out to them, they told me they would take care of it. They put grout on top of grout, so now it just looks worse than ever- and they STILL managed to miss several key places. Again, when I pointed this out to Renato, he had the audacity to tell me how to mix the grout and do it. Um, no, that's why I hired YOU and paid you my money, because I thought you were professionals. Clearly they are not professionals, and clearly customer satisfaction is not their priority. They also very much lack skilled precision to make the job look good. They are completely satisfied with the way my bathrooms look- with missing grout, uneven tile, chunks of thinset over my wood floors, etc. I now have to hire another company to redo everything they did.

They also clearly don't own a level, because my floor is so uneven, I now have to get shims installed under my vanity so it doesn't wobble. I've renovated a few homes, and this is by far the worst bunch of installers I've ever come across. Don't just take my word for it, I have pictures.
