Shower install: We had issues with the pan that was collecting water, the pan was warped (defective) so we had to get it replaced. Originally the first install was done very well very professional looking but it was just the pan that was warped that was the issue. The installer(Fernando),did a very good job with minor damage to my home which was annotated on the day of the install. There were some chips off the wall that came off which we were told was going to be taken care of but still hasn’t ’t been fixed to this day. There was also the tile was broken on one corner which was not very noticeable.
The installer did what he could to fix it and I was satisfied with that. I contacted the concierge about a week and a half after install, about the pan collecting water, via e-mail. I received a call from Scott we discussed the situation. We came to the conclusion that he was going to send someone out to look at the shower. That person came took pictures looked at it and said that they would let us know when the solution was available. We did not hear anything back between at that time until about 2 months. We were told to contact Leo from the concierge not sure if he was a project manager at the time.Leo. after trying for days I finally got a hold of someone that told us that Leo was let go and that Nefry was going to take over our situation. Nothing was taken care of with our shower.. Every time I would call I would not get a response I would just get a Voicemail that I could not leave a message on because it was not set up or something like that. We reached out to the seller Jennifer and she tried on her end to reach Scott. We finally got a hold of him, and we came to a date where they were going to replace the shower. We noticed that there was some issues. One of the workers got hurt, there were some tiles that were cracked. There was excess caulking used and it damaged some of the drywall, and the installer Brandon was notified of all the additional issues that Him and his team created in that shower. He blamed Fernando for cracking the tiles next to the pan. I can say and I have pictures that it was not Fernando. He did a very good job and only cracked a corner that was barely unnoticeable. They also cracked another tile in the opposite bathroom (I was in at the time) and said it happens because the tile was too close to the wall. I call b.s. on that because Fernando demoed my entire tub and tiles and did not do hardly any damage. The caulking job was done very poorly, some of it was already peeling off the evening they finished. The shower was not cut properly, it was uneven and was very noticeable. They put a lot of caulking to cover it up on the walls as well as the tiles that they broke. I have pictures of all of this. In the process they also damaged my light on the ceiling and chipped the counter as well.. We spoke to Scott and I sent him pictures of the 2nd install to let him know we’re not satisfied with the work. I asked him to come to my house so he can see this work that Brandon and his crew did. I invited him to come to my home and see for himself the quality of work these people did. And that I’m not just making stuff up. He came out and saw exactly what I explained to him. He said that the damage was normal and that it was in the contract. He said he could only give us $500 to fix the damage that they caused ( haven’t received). Once again it was caused by the reinstall, not the original install. We came to an agreement that it needed to be replaced again. We came to conclusion on a date for a 3rd install. Now on this new install there was a nasty musty smell coming from the bathroom. It was during the demo, that there was standing water under the pan. There was a leak, for the drain that was not properly sealed. The lack of ethics Brandon and his team had was very unprofessional. The kept bad mouthing the first installer and putting blame on him. You can’t be a professional and be bad mouthing or blaming your work on someone else.

I contracted with Dreamstyle in February, and when the custom materials were ready had both my bathrooms' wet areas remodeled mid-May. I was replacing tired old cheapo fiberglass tub/shower inserts.

My installation team were MIKE and BRANDON. They were outstanding in their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to doing the best job. This is Dreamstyle's "Dream Team," as far as I'm concerned.

I'd scheduled the appointments a week apart, and after seeing the transformation of my master bath after the 12+ hours they painstakingly took to make it happen--I was excited when Mike confirmed he and Brandon would be back the next week to do the guest bath. It was reassuring to know I wouldn't have to deal with a new team (and wonder all day if they'd do as well).

To top it all off, they left no mess, almost religious about keeping the job site clean--I swear my house was cleaner after they left than it was before they got there LOL

I highly recommend Dreamstyle Inland Empire for wet-area bath remodeling, based on my experience with these guys. Pics are Before and After of master, now full-time shower haven, and just the After of the guest bath...no need to beat that poor, dead horse.

Bryon was our design consultant, we enjoyed working with Bryon. However after taking our deposit he was very difficult to get a hold of.
Our installers were AWESOME!! Pedro and David were professional hard working and so nice. They did such a amazing job and turned a very ugly shower into a work of art. This company should be very thankful for having such great workers and very easy to talk to.

The whole process of using DreamStyle has been wonderful! We tried them because of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint. Chris installed the shower in almost no time and it looks amazing!! (see photo) He was also incredibly patient with my child who was VERY interested in his work and wanted to ask 5,000 questions. I was initially worried about my cats during the construction as well, but he did a fantastic job working around them. Highly recommend! Cannot wait for the glass to go in.
