Dolores Roman , was very knowledgeable on letting me know there are services for grandparents like me. I have my grandson and navigating all this and the help of Delores has been so much rewarding. And being a caregiver to my grandson.. Thank you for everything ❤️

Leah with East Valley Family Services was so helpful and informative! She was knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest safety standards. She was able to provide us with a safe carseat for my 2 year old and even gave us 2 options to choose from. Then, she went the extra mile and installed it in my vehicle. Im so happy to have been blessed with their help!

Can't say enough about East Valley Family Services and their staff among Ann, Leah, Shannon and other's whose names escape me.. I have referred friends, who work with refugees from other countries in need of clothing, shoes and appliances to help them set up a home. They offered a day out for Seniors recently on Valentine's Day to watch the movie "Wonka" and receive helpful medical information. Unsure what this community would do without this agencies' assistance. Hope this agency continues with its strong leadership and caring staff.

The process is less than 5 minutes. Very kind ladies that run the place. Great breads, 4lbs of ham, Velveeta block, etc. Don't make you feel bad for coming there Thankful for them?✌️

East Valley Family Services has assisted me greatly in my family's time of need. They don't require a ton of complicated paperwork in order to access their services. They aren't like other places that are quick to tell you "no" and send you away empty handed. They provide resources with respect, dignity and grace. They meet you wherever you are and if you are willing to stand up and do some footwork, they will support you 100%. If it weren't for the assistance of this agency I probably wouldn't be a clear minded and sober mother today.
With that being said I would like to give special recognition to an associate of East Valley named DeAndre for his kind hearted help. He is very non-judgemental and down to earth. He knows what it's like to be at the bottom and he worked his way back up again. Today it's easy to see that helping others is his passion. As a Peer Parent Advocate he has a special gift in helping other parents to be the best they can be for their children. While many people who represent agencies such as this don't have the actual personal experience to relate with, DeAndre knows first hand the struggle my husband and I are experiencing and he always approaches us with warmth and understanding. Because of East Valley and others' help we have reunified with our precious son and we are all healthy and doing well.
I appreciate this organization so much and I hope they continue to provide services for many others. There is a huge need for them in this community.
