Farewell has been a place that we have gone to many times. They are like family some of the other ones that are not five star it's too bad I'm sure they would have tried to work something out. My extended family in other cities as use farewell as well.

Farewell is top notch. My wife and I purchased a cremation plan and paid it off over five years. I called and spoke with Heather today to ask a couple questions. She was able to give me most of the answer and set it up with David to call me back. We were so pleased with our purchase that when my mother died in 2017, it was a no-brainsr. We would go with Farewell. They were professional and kind when retrieving her body and the ashes were back three days later. They are kind, friendly and honest. I’m happy to have sent them 4 friends and family members to be assisted by Farewell. And all of them were very happy with the care shown to them. Why go anywhere else?

Worse experience ever during our time of grief, They denied us service because they had to many phone calls from our family they said and didn't keep our appointment because we were trying to get our dad down there but we couldnt find or get ahold of him which we explained to them prior it was a difficult situation with trying to get him down them.
