What a great experience! I called for an urgent next day service, Daniel (Dan) took the call, understood my needs, set everything up perfectly. I received confirmation of the driver the next morning plus a contact number in case I was delayed. That's a big plus in my book!
Driver, Artie, arrived early and sent me a text to say where he was and would wait until needed. Another big plus!! At pick up this gleaming Chevrolet Suburban pulls up, immaculate inside and out! Artie knew where to go and was friendly and made the short trip pleasant and comfortable!! Would I use First Florida Limo again? Absolutely; you can rely on their quality and performance. 5 Star! Thank you Dan and Artie!

Great limo company. Booked a last minute ride to get me home from Orlando to SW Florida when my flight to RSW got cancelled and I had to fly into MCO instead. Very professional and easy to deal with. Driver was terrific. Texted him when my flight took off and he assured me he would be waiting for us. He was at baggage claim as promised. Very efficient trip from Orlando. Great experience overall.

First Florida Limo recently provided long distance transportation to move my sister from a nursing home in Pensacola to a nursing home in Clermont. First, Dan was 5-star in understanding our needs and was able to accommodate every one of them. Communication was regular and reassuring. Jose was my sister's driver. He was professional, on-time, courteous, and above and beyond helpful in picking her and all of her belongings up, getting on the road early and arriving in Clermont by late afternoon. He then assisted her into her new home, brought in all of her things, and made sure she was safe and comfortable. I can't thank Dan, Jose and this company enough for their outstanding service. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with First Florida limo! We realized at 10p the night before our flight that our original pickup plans had fallen through due to a family emergency. we requested a booking right then, they confirmed receipt around 2a and then confirmed a driver about an hour later. I was awake concerned about how it would all play out and appreciated getting their emails and confirmation. To add to it, our first time flying with our 5 and 2 yr old, we were delayed and when we finally arrived in Orlando, Khalid was waiting for us. He was so friendly, reassuring and helpful as we recovered from our journey and waited for our bags. He got us quickly and safely to our resort. Car seats, stroller delivery and finding our room didn’t faze him. He was calm, cool and collected while we were eager to arrive at our hotel with two very tired children. So thankful this all worked out so well thanks to First Florida Limo!

The response and service here is outstanding. My daughter had to fly to L.A. from Orlando. Due to the storm, the airport was closing.The only option was to have her fly out of Atlanta. We called First Florida Limo the night before and and they were able to schedule transportation to Atlanta for the following day. Dan was very nice on the phone. The driver was right on time and my daughter said he was very nice.
I would highly recommend the First Florida Limo and will use them again.

I needed a car to take our daughter to and from the airport and First Florida Limo was on time for each leg and the driver was very courteous and got her to her destinations safely. Everyone I communicated with from the initial bid process to final safe delivery of our daughter were professional and they did what they said they would do. I'll definitely use them again should the need arise.

I had a great experience with First Florida Limo from Gainesville to JAX. My driver Jeff was personable, which was enjoyable and made the trip seem shorter than it was. The car was clean and comfortable. Jeff arrived early at the hotel, which I like, and he did not rush me. Overall, it was a positive experience and I recommend this limo service to anyone looking for a ride anywhere.
