Don't you just love the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning? I'm not a frequent coffee drinker, but when I do get the taste for a hot cup of Joe, I'm very picky on where I get it from.

Located in the Pompano Citi Centre, Foxtail Coffee offers various brewed coffee or tea made hot or cold. There's also bakery items, cold beverages, quick bite sandwiches, and ice cream. Prices are reasonable. There's adequate seating indoors to chill in its serene ambiance. The female employee behind the counter was pleasant...it being my first time in this establishment, I took my time to look at the menu and make my decision. I haven't had cafe con leche in a long time so I decided to get that. Next I ordered a egg, ham, and cheese croissant and a slice of banana bread as well.

Having some time to kill, I took a seat at an available table while my order was being prepared. Here are my thoughts:

* The cafe con leche was delicious. Not too strong and lightly sweet. Regular size is just the right amount as I do not drink a lot of coffee.

* The egg, ham, and cheese croissant was yummy. The croissant was lightly toasted enough to melt the Gouda cheese a bit for a ooey gooey taste.

* I declined the option to have the banana bread slice heated...in my opinion, it was good as is. A nice moist thick slice topped with walnut pieces.

This was definitely a nice and fulfilling way to start a beautiful morning.

Lovely coffee shop for meeting up with friends, colleagues, business talks or just grabbing a nice coffee.

Barista was super friendly and helpful. She was able to make something similar to a Caramel Macchiato from the other chain store starting with “S” but much better tasting. Just realized there’s a Boca location so will definitely give it a try.

The staff at this coffee shop are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. Their different varieties of coffee are simply exquisite! The restaurant is always spotless, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great pastry and or coffee!

This is a very nice establishment. Ambiance is great, well lit, plenty of space to sit and conduct your business while enjoying great coffe or ice-cream. They have free wifi. I attended the Spanish-English exchange monthly meeting at this location and couldn't be more happy with the experience. Jason was very professional and a nice host. Their baristas make an amazing job ? all our members loved their coffe. We plan to comeback and make this our regular spot.

A great spot! Nice and cozy with awesome options! I had the cold brew flight. I loved the Lavender Lemon with Vanilla foam! The egg & Cheese Croissant was very tasty as well!
