Building a new 30 foot basement wall,drain tile stucco repair and seeding neighbors yard. I can’t say enough about Mike and his crew’s work ethic. They are incredible!!!! We used Frost in August 2023 to stabilize our foundation and install drain tiles in our basement. From our first meeting with the owner to discuss the work until the day of completion we found them to be courteous, professional and efficient. We did a lot of research before choosing a contractor and their prices were very competitive and fair. Once they started the work they were always polite, making sure to cover everything in our basement with plastic to protect things from dust and runners in our hallways to avoid a mess on our floors. The crew was very quiet and respectful, with the exception of the jackhammer! At the end of every day they let us know the status of the work, and they made sure to complete all the work before we had to leave for vacation. Overall, we were very pleased with Frost, and would definitely recommend them to a friend. Our only suggestion would be that they make the transition from the old cement to the new cement smoother to give it a more finished look. I would add that I waited to write this review until we experienced some heavy rains and winter to see how things held up and so far they have with no issues!

My experience with Frost was excellent! I live in East Amherst where basements are known to crack, move and are wet. Mike was great to work with. He blew me away with his knowledge and took the time to explain why and how the water was getting in. I felt so comfortable and confident after meeting with him. Mike and his team did an amazing job, with waterproofing and taking care of my basement as well as yard drainage. Mike was awesome to work with and his workers were amazing! Fixed 3 cracks, cleaned out our drain tiles and left it accessible for us to clean in the future, and installed a water powered sump pump. They went above and beyond with their services (removed a work bench that was in the way and removed the sink for the washer and reconnected it all once the cracks were fixed) and they cleaned up nicely after all the work is done. Mike was super reasonable with pricing and we couldn’t be happier with the work that was done! Highly recommend them!

We moved into our house in October 2020. The month prior, the sellers paid to have foundation work done by another company that is suppose to be very well known and good. Well about three weeks after moving in and getting a good amount of rain, we had all kinds of issues in our basement and foundation. We had three different companies come for estimates, including Frost. Everyone pointed out the same things that should have been done by the prior company as part of their job. These things were contributing to our issues. I called the company that did the work and they wanted a $180 service call fee just to come and look. I explained that the work was done two months ago and have a 25 year warranty. They said I was just over the 60 days for them to come and look for free. I explained that isn't fair since we didn't have access to the house for the first 30 days (waiting on closing and such), also for three weeks I was leaving them messages to call me back (staff is working from home, I get that).
So they came for free, did a few things and owned up to a few issues from them. But when it rained again, we had even more issues than before they came. Warranty or not, we're not calling them back since things are worse after they leave. Out of all of the estimates, we went with Frost. Not just because they were the cheapest out of all our estimates, but because Mike pointed out other things that the other companies didn't point out to go along with our repairs lasting. Even after the added things he pointed out, it was still cheaper than the other companies. He and his crew were very nice and professional. Mike is great at explaining things in great detail and has a lot of patience while doing so. When they ripped up our drain tile they found a weird material inside left by the previous company, which made sense on why water was literally coming out of that one drain tile when it rained. We were very happy with their work. Our basement is finally feeling like a good and dry basement for the first time in months!!! We highly recommend Mike and his team. Thank you so much for such a great experience during such a stressful time dealing with the issues from the other company.
