I finally decided to undergo an ADU project on my property. I added 799 SF two bedroom and two bathrooms and I absolutely love the final product. Owner was super professional and well spoken. The team managed my expectation and whenever we faced obstacles, sound solutions were provided within my budget. Paint job was stellar! Had renters ready before it was finished and it's been rented ever since.

Worst company ever. If you are getting a proposal from Jason Gettler or any other company that he is working under run fast don't believe anything he says or gives to you in writing or via text or e-mail. My contract started with him April 2023 for an addition and remodel of kitchen. As of today Jason Gettler and all of his staff and employees have not been back to my house since May 7, 2024 to finish the job/contract. Over 145,000.00 damages that I now need to get fixed. Don't trust Jason Gettler, his supervisor/co worker he has worked with for 7 years Ricardo Gomez, his electrician Sergio, his plumber Kenny, his roofers who's names he would never give me, his insulation people he would never give me. He says he runs his business out of HB, however if you search his name there are many companies that it looks like he is connected to including Manifest Construction Inc, Gettler Inc, Orange County Sublimation LLC. He is a criminal, he breached his contract with me, he owes me money for items he never completed even though he agreed to fix them. Don't trust him or anyone he is connected with or you will be in the same position I am in right now.

Gettler Construction — Jason — took on our complicated elevator project which included spanning new construction over the garage and numerous deep foundations. Workmanship was good, Jason was very professional and stands behind his work. We hope to use him on another project next year.

Jason is a professional and is very trustworthy. Picks up the phone, gets the job done. Nice to deal with. Would recommend

We sent ADU inquiries to 4-5 general contractor. Jason was the only owner serious enough to meet me in-person at the built site. Gettler Construction did the design plan so if we could send the plan out for bids, if we choose to. We selected them to build the ADU. The permit process was long and painful at times and Jason and team carried it through. The ADU is 50% completed, we are very happy with Jason’s work. Jason is very knowledgeable about ADU rules in different cities and is responsive and he stays on top of things. He assigns different people for different tasks. The project is organized and we know who is working on what and can reach out to them when we need to. We highly recommend Gettler Construction.

I meant Jason G. a couple of years back when he was with a different company. I went with him after he started Gettlet (I believe one of his 1st projects), I liked him from day one, he was very easy to talk too and seem very knowledgeable. My addition went as plan and completed as planned. It now seems that he's very busy so plan ahead. The Job was new construction addition (500sq ft & 200sq.ft updating) from ground up. Very happy in our new place, granny quarters or ADU.

Mr. Gettler is a very responsible person. He will take good care of your business whenever you need.
