If I could I would give them one star because I booked with them early in the day and they said okay to my call. I get to the airport and recall to tell them I've arrived at the airport and thye tell me they haven't found a driver yet. I ended having no choice but to wait 45 minutes for their next driver because when I arrived Uber was super expensive and I did not book with any other car service

The worst experience ever!!! Called for a car to pick me up at 7 pm, waited a car outside for 40 minutes and no one showed up. Called reception 5 times and she was keep telling me that driver is around the corner. After 40 minutes receptionist told me that driver called me multiple times which is not true, otherwise why would I call them. So unprofessional

Was visiting New York for the weekend to see my family.
9/16/23 Called this good luck car service Saturday for my grandmother who is 75 years old and the car had no A.C and no gps service. The driver kicked my grandmother out somewhere in Brooklyn .
9/18/23 Then the next day to the airport this old Chinese guy started screaming at my 3 year old because he touched the window .
Then started screaming at me , I said I was going to report him and he said he didn’t car.
Please be advise that this car service is rude and only cares about money .
I will never use them again ……..

I am done with this car service. The drivers are always pretty cool. Now the nasty female dispatcher needs to learn to listen. Today I had two inpatient procedures. It is always something with Mount Sinai. Today there was a nationwide shut down and the staff computers were out. Everyone had to be checked in by paperwork. I stepped downstairs to call to inform the dispatcher. Rude as always. These people decided to send a car after informed them of the shut down.
So if you decide to work with this cab service for your transportation. Know that you will get prettt goid and nice drivers. Think again if it will be the same for the female dispatcher. If you don't want to work quit. No good customer service.

I used this company a few times mainly for JFK pickups and drop offs. The drivers generally were pretty nice. However, the lady dispatcher was a nightmare, extremely rude and inpatient. Unless she owns the car service business, I don’t understand why would anybody hire such a miserable person.

Called in one day before our flight to arrange for transport. Our dispatcher was straightforward but polite. Would recommend that you refer to the form on the website first to understand the details required before calling in. Our driver came 15 min earlier and helped us with our luggage. Overall an easy and cost effective way to get to JFK airport compared to taxi service!

DO NOT USE!!!!
We have used this care service a few times given the price is better than others out there. We predominately use them for airport transfers to and from Southampton, where we live. They are not dependable. They are rude and the driver is not a safe driver.

My first trip from LGA to Southampton the drive was falling asleep I kept trying to make conversation with him to make sure I got home alive.

I tried them again hoping it was the driver since the price was so much better than other companies. They showed up 30 minutes late one of the times we used them. We had to repeatedly call the dispatcher and the driver was dishonest about how far he was or just not answering her.

We tried them again given they were recommended to us and we were hoping it was a one off and the experience was ok so we once again booked them for a ride this morning and they completely no showed. We called the dispatcher several times. She was never able to get hold of the driver. She kept telling us she'd call back with an update in 5 mins and 10 mins later we'd have to call again with no update. The driver just didn't ever answer when she called. On my last call to them the dispatcher hung up on me. My husband ended up taking an Uber to the airport (TBD if he makes his flight) and the car never showed up. It's unclear how this company is even in business. I would strongly recommend using another service.
