I hired H5 to build an addition including a bedroom and en suite bathroom, retrofit windows all around, and replace my roof. They completed the job in under 10 weeks, charged me exactly what the contract specified, and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Eddie and his crew were very easy to work with. I contacted five contractors and most of them had all kinds of red flags. I found H5 through a Google search and am extraordinarily happy that I did. I would recommend H5 to my friends and family.

I called and asked for an estimate for renovating my house in Lake Arrowhead. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and took down all the information and said they would get back to me to schedule an estimate. No one ever responded so I just called back and she infuse that due to my location (which she was well aware of previously) they would charge me $500 for an estimate. ? Yeah….thats not ok. I’d say for whatever their reasoning was they decided they did not want my job. I’d rather they just tell me that than what they did. Pretty unimpressed with their honesty and business practices from my brief encounter with them. Disappointed.

Honesty, work ethic, quality and value are hard to find in construction, and H5 checked all of those boxes. The owner of the company, Heriberto, is a great person who takes his job seriously, will work with you and his employees are punctual and respectful. We had our bathroom remodeled, but (as Heriberto told us) they do everything! The workers would warn us if anything needed to be shut off and for how long (water) and they would clean up after themselves at the end of each day. I’ve had other contractors show up who blast music all day and are yelling at each other. Not these guys! Half the time I had to check that they were even in the house. Like I said, very respectful. I would definitely recommend H5 Construction and we plan to use them on several projects in the future.

If you are looking for a contractor, you can stop looking now. I feel like I hit the jackpot after hiring H5 to do a bathroom remodel on my house. Heriberto was upfront with cost, and worked with my wife and I to help make reality meet our expectations. They are extremely professional and explain every aspect of the renovation. We worked exclusively with Guillermo, and could not have been more satisfied with the work he did. I cannot recommend this company enough. I plan on using them again for any upcoming home projects.

We had our kitchen remodeled recently - new cabinets, backsplash and counter tops. We were told it would take 3-4 weeks but they finished in 2 1/2 weeks. Very happy with the result and will have them do other work for us. The workers started every day at 8AM and stayed until 5-6PM. The area was cleaned up every day before they left. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

I would like to say this is an honest team. Called to get an estimate on a load baring wall, just by looking at photos they were able to provide me with the answers I needed. Mr. Heriberto did not try and sell me on anything. Will stay in touch for future renovation.
