Seafood place down by the harbor in Tampa. Grouper was good. I wish the portion had been a little bigger, but not bad. Hush puppies were also good. No place to eat inside here. You have to eat at the outdoor tables.

There is plenty of parking for the outdoor eatery. There are no sit down tables for the outdoor vendor. I am assuming they have 3 stand up tables. They are very patient to answer questions. The food was super tasty. The fish and chips and the crab cakes are yummy.

I’m visiting family in Tampa for the holiday and went to check this place out at the wharf. I was shocked at how amazing the food was!! It’s so delicious, and I highly recommend the shrimp po boy.

Highly recommend!
A bit pricey for the portions you get, so it’s a once in awhile stop. Extremely worth it though, very fresh. Couldn’t stop falling apart. Everything made right there fresh. Including the shoe string fries, which were warm!
I spread the word and my friends loved it to.
High prices on drinks, walk down to GreenWise for that.

I dropped in on a whim for an order at the counter/take out order (someone posted a menu in our office).

Restaurant is small but very clean and inviting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lunch specials include the drink in the price (which is an added plus, as most are $2-4 extra).

Tables were full at the time I came but there were open seats. Most customers seem to be repeat, and local resident/Temple Terrace City workers.

A pleasant surprise to actually see the Owner following up with tables to see how food and service were ..... on top of that he was even working in the kitchen. Kudos for having a "hands on business approach".

The only downfall today was that from the time I paid, until I actually got my take out order, it was 27 minutes. This makes an hour lunch break difficult, when it takes 7-10 minutes to drive there. From what I've heard from my office-mates, this is not the norm. I will be more than happy to be a return customer.

Fish & Chips were amazing, and I was especially happy to see that they had Malt Vinegar. Their homemade seasoned tartar sauce is amazing as well.

A beautiful November night in Tampa that coincided with the Water Street Tampa Season Spectacular. We walked through and along with so many people. Midtown Tampa has to be one of the most pet friendly places in Florida.

We walked to the Sparkman Wharf to eat at the highly rated Half Moon Seafood Company and it lived up to the hype.

The Food. From most favorite to favorite:

1 Nashville Hot Chicken (Grouper) with Fries, 2 The Original Gulf Grouper (Blackened) with Coleslaw, and 3 Shrimp Po Boy (Fried) with Hushpuppies. The sides were delicious, well-seasoned, and salted right to the edge.

Unfortunately, we ate the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich first and that made it tough to taste how good the other sandwiches really were.

Needless to say, we will be back before we leave and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you treat your taste buds.

Saw they had great reviews & decided to try. They were busy. That's great for a small business. I realized they were busy bc it's good & they take time to produce excellent food. There was a wait, but they were cool about explaining it & even kind about giving out some freebies. I had grilled cod & collards. The fries looked so good & and I wish I had those as well. I was so surprised at how delicious the fish was & really want to try more next time I'm in Tampa. Sauce (tarter? ) was amazing also. Great food, good staff & leadership, & easy vibe. Highly recommended. Be patient with them bc they're busy & care about their food. Also, I was so hungry & forgot to take a pic of my food. So this is only half of the fish. It was huge!

Friendly & great customer service. They weren't busy at the time of our visit. We decided to dine-in. The food was delicious. Nashville Hot Fish (cod), Fish Nuggets Kid's Meal, Shrimp Po' Boy, and a Crab Cake Sandwich. And the hushpuppies...Mmm. All food is made to order.
