This was my first visit to this Hampton Inn. I found it a great find! The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful. The building is immaculate. The beds and pillows comfortable (and I'm very picky about pillows!). The hot breakfast was good (well, one day, the potatoes weren't fully cooked but other than that, it was good!) for a free hotel breakfast. It's located right off the highway so easy to get to and conveniently situated. I was attending a wedding in Seabrook which was about 15 min away so it checked all the boxes for me. I will definitely come back to this location in the future if traveling to the gulf!

Rooms are nice enough but mine had a musty smell each time I walk in.
Had to be moved on the last night because there was a horrible smell coming from the drains. When I asked to be moved, the receptionist initially tried to make out that it was from the oil and gas companies close by and a new room wouldn't be any different. Finally got a new room at 12am which didn't smell, there was a plumbing van outside the next morning so...
Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Great from start to finish! Front desk was helpful and kind! The room was clean, hallways smelled clean and appearance was nice... maids were helpful and polite and we loved the morning breakfast lady today! So nice and helpful as well! Kid friendly and the kids loved the bath tub [we have rv with no tub] thanks to each of you! Will definitely stay here again when needed!

The employees have been nothing but friendly, although I did find it odd that the employee in the front had a pet dog with them. (Service dog maybe?) either way odd to come in and the first thing you see is the front desk sitting there with a pet. The biggest problem I have with this hotel is the sinks in the rooms. They are comically bad. Almost unusable. The faucet is in the far corner so far away you can barely wash your hand, and you can’t without getting water all over the counter. Definitely something that needs to be fixed!

Nice clean rooms, good breakfast, staff super friendly. Good location to boot, as there are restaurants really close and a grocery store too.

Lora asked my if we had any pets with us on our stay and my coworker jokingly said just me ( I wasn’t smiling) and Lora adds “ is he potty trained” definitely made me feel uncomfortable staying here she’s is very unprofessional

I been in the customer service business close to 20 years.. my biggest pet peeve with some people is shady customer service.. if anyone at any point in time gives you anything directly in your hand, the respectful thing is to give it back in hand rather placing it on the counter… some people find it very disrespectful.. I’m one of those people.
