Stay away far as possible!!! This job is no good, I worked for the NJ Branch at 110 Edison Place in Newark NJ. I Literally lasted only 3 weeks. I was removed off the schedule and site over a tenants uber eats order. The big boss came at me with disrespect over it because it was left behind so I gave him attitude informing him it is not my job to manage someone else order and I cannot force someone to stay. I was reported the next day and removed. My supervisor heard my side of the story but barely put up a fight to defend me and keep on post. She took the side of the client and I was removed. There was nowhere to put me so I just resigned. This company will take the side of the client no matter what. They want you to go the extra mile but the pay is not good. I strongly advise to stay away.

Harvard Protection Services had a job posting for which I was overqualified. The initial phone call sounded spectacular. Then, came the in person interview. During my interview with a C-suite executive, I asked about the poor reviews of the organization and the workplace culture. He couldn't provide satisfactory answers and seemed unaware of the issues. (Google, Indeed, etc.) Despite advancing to the next interview round, I was later rejected. This was ultimately for the best, as I wouldn't want to be part of a toxic work environment. When the C suite is blind to what is happening, there's definitely problems from the top. Run. Run fast.

Worked there last year as a floater. Their main function is the Maintenance and Janitorial aspect of the company. This company is the company that majority of the clients hire when other Major Buliding services companies messes up. Overall, the environment is professional and their HR actually responds to the employees when requested. The managers and the office staff dresses professional and has a positive demenanor.

Just like other Security companies, they will hire people that are hit or miss. They will have people that has positive attitudes about work and others who will just complain about everything(even when they get over 32hrs a week).

The pay is decent and since the pay period ends on 11:59 on Sunday Night and you get paid the Thursday of that same week. So if you work a full time job for another company and you are on the floater list and you work the Sunday 4x12 or 3x11 or some special shift before 12am then you will be greatful for having some extra money on that upcoming Thursday via check where you can pick up at their office(they don't offer direct deposit).Myself personally never cared because the receptionist was approachable and one time they missed 8hrs from my check and they verified the time with the site manager and 2hrs later...They cut the owed money check just like that and I could cash it asap.

The uniforms are basic, you get it from where 75 percent of the other companies go which is managed by Dominicans. They don't charge either

I've left the company for reasons beyond their control. I would recommend this company if I was a client.
