There are no shaded parking spots for cars when you are just dropping off people and waiting. Also, if you don't have handicap tags, there are no close parking spaces.

This visit was more productive than the previous one. I was charged with a DWI August, a year ago. My first 2 were in 1998 & 2001. Yes, a felony DWI is expensive. It cost me everything I had. I was arrested 3 more times on "bond enhancement" charges. The first one cost me . My truck along with my dentures and several pairs of new glasses. My Lone Star card as well. Because of address changes, I was told that I had to reapply for a new one that I'd get in a month and a half. You've got to be kidding me I said. I'm disabled and I was homeless for the first time. I went hungry for 2 months because they didn't care about replacing the card. I got a ride to the department last week. I was told that the information I'd gotten was incorrect. Ha, that really made me feel better! I'm now supposed to get one tomorrow or Monday sent to the Salvation Army. I'm hopeful, yet not very much because you're not supposed to receive mail there. I don't know what I'll do if they refuse my card and do a" return to sender" on me. I need food very greatly. All I can do is pray to Father and Jesus that I get it. Brothers and sisters, don't drink and drive please. You could hurt or kill someone. I hope not, but it will cost you everything you have.

I called 3 times and went into the office twice. I was told that all of my paperwork was in and I needed to wait until April 12th to know if I was approved or not. I go in on April 12th to check my status and am told that I am missing information and have to have it in by 5pm (it’s 4:55). The lady that was assisting me was rude and clearly did not want to be there. I tried to ask to print something from my phone and she is not being helpful at all. Very frustrated considering I have contacted multiple times and was told I had my information in.

If you can't get to the office to talk to them and instead you try to call.... Good luck. I was on hold from 2 until 4:15. They answered and before I even finished telling them why I called they said "Hold" and transferred me to somewhere else that kept me on hold and didn't answer. Being on hold with 4 kids under 5 for over 2 hours is not fun.

I havent had my benefits for 2 months please help me. 211 had been giving me the run around. and changed my original application date. I am losing weight I need to upload files. Yourtexasbenefits.com wont let me. Help! please been calling social services here never get anyone on the phone. I know alots going on my prayers for all workers and families suffering. I didn't have electricity or water. please send my benefits.
