I was with this agency back in 2004 to 2018 when it was called St.Vincent and believe me it was a horrible experience with this agency, they treated the foster parents like sugar honey ice tea (s--t)!!
The staff was truly one nasty set of people who you the foster parent/parents wanted to quit and or fight the staff because of the treatment they was given!
Then Heartshare came into the picture and it became even worst, these people truly don't really care about these children at all!!
These people down there at this agency tell you a real hyped up story about these children only for you to find out, that most of the children you home have serious issue and oh my god the parents (mostly all of them) want to fight you because their child or children got attached to you and don't want to leave you to go to the visits/being sent home with their parent or parents and you are told to not get attached to a child or children by this agency, "What are they thinking" if you give love to a child they will love you back!!
This agency do not protect the foster parents at all and if a parent comes at you, this dam agency comes down on you for protecting yourself but I didn't allow the agency or the parents to come at me at all, I let it be known that I have a dam good job (with federal government) and I raised my childern and I am doing this to help another child or children and the parent to be successful in life!!☺
They have fired everybody that was with St.Vincent and have lost many great foster parents because of their b.s. rules and lies they feed you!!?
"DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS AGENCY TELLS YOU AT ALL, IT'S ALL LIES"!!
They also trick you into believing you will be adopting a baby or child and at the last minute your told that a relative is taking the child!!?
Stay away from the lying place!!
P.S. the case workers are not real case workers they are college students and most of them don't know what hell they are doing or talking about and have nasty attitudes!!
The supervisors are actually children advocate that once helped the children, now they are running the agency Heartshare/St.Vincent now and it's truly a nightmare with them!!
