Rooms are spacious, no carpet which can be nice but because they are so big they ECHO and AMPLIFY sound. And if your neighbors dont understand that concept and dont understand Connecting doors are not suppose to be constantly banged on it can be a problem
Everyone comments on breakfast..key for this place is get there before 8 am and pray
I stayed 5 days and only 1 day was breakfast cooked properly.
Eggs were either burnt or undercooked ,same problem with their normally delicious cinnamon buns
The staff is very friendly and trying, but just clueless. Problem solvers or answering questions they are not good at

That great kiddie pool you see in the pics? Its wonderful, but its at the sister resort..be prepared to walk and bring towels they offer none

The worst I’ve seen of hotels of this kind. Collin, the receptionist was the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. If there was a zero for services I would have selected that. I called to let them know my train to Orlando was cancelled because of Milton and that I was missing 1 of the 2 nights and instead of honoring this, they cancel my reservation and ended up giving me the crappiest room with one bed for 3 guests. The worst!

Stayed here recently. Had no problem booking. Arrived and check in was easy. Rooms were clean, fresh, and comfortable. Did check for bugs as I always do and found nothing anywhere. Nice pool and small lake view and the breakfast was pretty good. I give this place a good rating because it deserved it.

Great stay. Not sure what the negative reviews are going on about. If you need somewhere to crash at night while going to parks during the day, this is great. Breakfast was hot and stocked. Good enough variety of options. Clean room. I wish the air got a few degrees colder but oh well. Definitely would stay again. Ice machine was broken the entire time. There is a refillable water station. Staff was very friendly!

The property is newly renovated. Conveniently located near to the universal studios Orlando. This hotel is a good stay for its price and location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room is cozy and clean and we loved the breakfast selection in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Clermont.

Christian from front desk was amazing with all the attention. We had fun at the Mini Golf and Recreational Center Pool and Spa...the Margaritas were great. We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was understaffed, but they were courteous and did their best for the staying customers.

I really liked this hotel! The rooms and the hotel in general was so clean. The breakfast was really good compared to other hotels, you have cereal, yogurt, pancakes, bread, eggs, and more! It's what attached us lol the only thing is that we called for water to the room and they told us they only sell water. (Anyways we didn't know there was a water fountain inside of the hotel so if you had a bottle you can take water there, butttt the personal also didn't told us about it)
Another thing is that they in fact they are pet friendly, but if it's not a service dog they are going to charge you $25 per night for the dog (I think isn't that bad but you have to know) also, they will ask for $100 more of deposit because of the dog. We had to leave $200 as deposit!! I think that's okay but they are pet friendly in the hotel area ONLY, if you want to bring your dog to other areas is not permitted. Including the breakfast area and other pools or the club house. (Only one pool you're allow to bring your dog)

Positive: Best was really comfortable. Free breakfast. Pool was nice, with lots of chairs. Negative: They were out of pool towels. Out of wash cloths, yet the entire hotel wasn?t even booked. Floors in the room were kind of dirty, had to walk around with shoes on the whole time.
