Le petit dejeuner est tres copieux, je recommande les gauffres (a demander aux cuisines elles sont faites sur place et le miel la confiture sont excellents
Pour le diner le restaurant du rdc est japonais. Les makis sont bons, le poisson est congelé c est dommage du coup les sushis sont plein d eau et peu gouteux.
Le restaurant du 1er est indien, tres bon, tres indien
N hestiez pas a telephoner pour demander un pickup aeroport pour 18-20 euros
Un immeuble est en constructon cote mer donc la vue va diminuer mais l hotel n etant pas sur la mer elle n'etait deja pas tres visible.
Plage a 5 min a pied pour aller marcher

My husband and I had a wonderful three night stay at the Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai. We were there for our anniversary and the staff gave us a lovely welcome with balloons and a tasty dessert upon our arrival.
The room was spotlessly clean and nice size. The bathroom was large with a shower. We had lovely thick towels and dressing gowns. The bed was very comfortable and there was a separate seating area. There is a rooftop pool which we didn't use, but we did sit in the seating area out in the sun, which was comfortable and relaxing.
The breakfast had a large selection for all tastes. The staff were lovey and very helpful throughout our stay.

Well Juhu district is definitely a safe location and where all the rich and wealthy live. So that's a given. The service was great and staff was friendly.
What really bothered me was a hammering noise that was there during the day. I told the front desk but they told us it wasn't there when they looked for it. However, it was there continuously the three days we were there, specially on the first day when we needed sleep after a long flight. Also the view of the sea was covered by a crane and construction sadly. That's something that could have been mentioned somewhere on the booking websites. In addition the pool was working but the roof top bar and the seats were closed so it kind of felt spooky up there. What I also didn't like was the pricing from the restaurant/bar. We paid for a coke approximately 5€, which costs outside of the hotel 50 Cents. I mean I understand the 5 ⭐ service, but really 5€ for a coke

1. Was suckered by the reviews. Highly average hotel.
2. Paid 15k rupees and included no breakfast. Unlike most other hotels.

The experience was absolutely top-notch, and my mother and I have never received such incredible hospitality before. The entire team went above and beyond to make our 15-day stay truly exceptional. Convenient location, but right next to a slum area, which wasn’t expected. The property feels more like a budget hotel than the typical Hyatt experience, with limited amenities— limited gym or full business services etc. The hotel itself is quite small and lacks the polish you’d expect from the brand. For this price point, there are likely better options available. It also seemed like the front desk staff was overburdened, while other employees appeared idle.

It was wonderful experience to dine in at Seasame. The server was very helpful MsBhavna who took our order and helped us to what to order as per our likes.
Few changes were accommodated as per request by us in meal. Must visit family place for young or old or kids to visit and have superb dine in experience

Stayed there for a work trip. Hotel is really nice however it’s compact. When we were there, the pool wasn’t functioning (28th July) and they didn’t have a convincing reason for its shutdown. Location is not but the road outside is not hygienic and has heavy traffic during day. Sea is hardly visible and the only place it could be is terrace but there is no restaurant at the top. Staff is actually amazing and the rooms are great too. Aesthetic is a bit flashy with black and red everywhere.
