This hospital is absolutely fantastic. I had to have a surgery which required me to stay several nights.

I was taken in and prepped for surgery right away. I was taken into the OR right on time.

All of my nurses and Drs were polite and very caring. They took very good care of me and were very accommodating to all of my requests.

The kitchen staff was also very nice. They are a big part of making your stay as enjoyable as it can be by having many menu options and great tasting food.

They serve coke products. I'd rather have Diet Dr Pepper but for some reason most places don't serve it. Still nothing but good things to say about this hospital and it's employees.

The women’s center at Orem Community is so incredible. I had my baby there 3 weeks ago and I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. Every single nurse I had was outstanding! I love how small it is because you get a lot of attention on you and your baby. I felt like I became friends with all my nurses as they were so friendly, personable and understanding. I had gone in for a routine stress test only to find out I was going to have my baby that same day. I was surprised and feeling overwhelmed. The nurses were so accommodating and so sympathetic towards me. I will not go anywhere else to have my babies! Highly recommend Orem Community Women’s Center!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience as far as ER visits go. There was no wait, we were taken directly back to a room, met with my son's nurse, and the doctor came in the minute we were done doing intake with the nurse. I was concerned when we came in that whoever the doctor was would, more or less, brush off any kind of diagnostics because the symptoms weren't "severe"- but were chronic and persistent. Dr. Nelson asked lots of questions. I could quite literally see him thinking instead of rushing through things to get us out. He also took our personal circumstances into consideration when deciding on course of action, as well as asked me what the concerns in the back of my mind were.

Labs were collected immediately. Our nurse, Cheryl, was great with my son (11 yr old), who had never had blood drawn before. She walked and talked him through every step. I checked reviews of every hospital in an hour radius of where we were, and I'm so pleased we chose this one. They have great reviews for a reason! I highly recommend.

We had a horrible experience at this Emergency Room on Memorial Day. My husband dislocated his shoulder (his 3rd dislocation) and he was taken to the ER by his coworkers. I met him there an hour later and his shoulder was still not placed. He was so pale and in horrible amounts of pain. The staff seemed to have no sense of urgency which was really discomforting considering its an emergency room. We had to wait over an hour for the on call team to arrive. 3 hours later, they finally sedated him and got his shoulder back in. It was the worst ER experience I have ever had, and we will not be coming back.

I loved Nurse Rachel she was so sweet and very informative. Aaron made registration super easy and he was fun to interact with! I loved Dr. Enz Ryly who attended me, he was patient understanding. And he always made sure I understood the game plan for my treatment before leaving the room. Being pregnant with first child I always get scared to go to any ER. But Nurse Rachel reassured and comforted me. The ultrasound tech was always amazing! He made the ultra sound a fun experience, and almost made me forget I wasn't feel the best. Needless to say I am very happy with the services I received last night. Sending a big THANK YOU to the staff. I would definitely come back if I am ever in the area.

Labor and delivery there is great! Had my baby here three months ago and my experience was awesome….. the ER, on the other hand, should not exist here. They didn’t have an actual doctor there that knew what they were doing and had to call one in?! The “doctor” they had on sight seemed to just be buying time by telling me what they planned to do to help…. multiple times. Zero urgency and zero action. I was bleeding to the point where I almost needed a transfusion and they just kept me in a room, bleeding all over the bed, waiting for an off sight doc to come do pelvic exam and locate the source of the blood. My husband had to yell for help when I started puking everywhere and passing out to finally get an IV going with fluids. It was honestly scary. I didn’t feel safe until two hours later when the Utah Valley Er doctor got there and actually CHECKED me. He was awesome- he also told us next time to just go to Provo. I’m just hoping someone reads this and if they’re ever in an emergency now they know to NOT go here….. go to timp or provo!

Love the labor and delivery suites - you're able to stay in one, spacious room for the duration of your time (delivery and thereafter). The small hospital and staff allow quick help when you call and it's quiet and peaceful. Food isn't anything special, the bed for your spouse isn't comfy, BUT at least there is a bed and plenty of room to yourselves. I would recommend everyone local deliver here. I also had to have a same day surgery shortly after my delivery and the ease of check in to check out and the kind nurses were superb.

The women’s center was incredible! Sadly I didn’t have a baby there, I had a partial hysterectomy and my room happen to be in the maternity ward. The nurses were kind and they treated you like family. I would highly recommend this place!
