We engaged Ironstone to renovate our 12 year old townhouse in January 2021. After 10 years as a rental, we decided to update and make the property a second home for visits.
Renovations included: wainscoting the dining room; demo and re-configure a partition wall between living areas with custom cabinets, lighting upgrades, remove pass-through fireplace; custom office peninsula desk, cabinets, and French doors/skylights; tripling the kitchen island adding cabinets and seating space, cabinet painting, custom quartzite counter tops throughout, new appliances; renovate all bathrooms; replace all flooring and paint throughout top to bottom – the works.
I can’t overstate how pleased we are with the results. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Even though Ironstone included a 1 year warranty, because they did it right the first time, we haven’t needed to call them back. The work crews were courteous, clean and efficient. Their recommendations on finishes, colors, fixtures, etc. also exceeded our expectations. I drew a rough sketch of the office cabinetry and peninsula layout, and the carpenter skillfully built a great office. Our townhome is much more comfortable and pleasing in every way. The final bill was very reasonable and had no surprises.
We highly recommend Curtis, Julie and the entire Ironstone team!

After a previous GC was about to hook our fan exhaust into the septic line and had screwed up our plumbing, Ironstone came in and fixed everything up beautifully. 10/10 give them all the business. Premium quality work, great communication throughout. We hired these guys to remodel our bathroom and build a cover over our patio, and we couldn't be happier with both!
