Travis only cares about selling you a roof. When there is a problem, you’ll never hear from him. We explained to him that we have a P.O. Box and don’t receive mail but he said that would confuse things. We signed the contract and they installed roof. Installation went well. However, two months later, we receive a letter from court that there is a lean against my house. Jasper had been sending mail and it was being returned. I called and they said we hadn’t paid the balance. I said how come your company or Travis ever called me. If you look up my house in court, it clearly has my mailing address. The court had no problem sending lean to correct address. Jasper should of done there due diligence and verified my mailing address. Which by law, is part of the lean process. Very unhappy. Would never use this company again.
