JM Construction

We did a total gut kitchen and powder room renovation with JM Construction this past summer and everything went very smoothly and we are totally satisfied with the results. Todd our main GC on the project was super friendly, experienced, and skilled at his craft. We would easily recommend, and use JM on future projects without hesitation! The design and build function was also key for us. To have the design/architecture element built right into the process with JM, in house, was super convenient as well.

We recently had JM Construction renovate our powder room, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Jeff, Justin and Sean impressed us with their quality craftsmanship, responsiveness, communication and professionalism. JM Construction was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout the project. They kept us informed every step of the way, explaining the process and any updates clearly. The entire team at JM Construction was professional, courteous, and made the renovation process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The attention to detail and overall quality of work was outstanding. We highly recommend JM Construction to anyone considering a renovation project. They were a pleasure to work with and delivered a wonderful powder room.

JM Construction and project manager O’ben Jean-Philippe did a fantastic job screening in our porch. They understood our request, never lost sight of the big picture, and executed our vision quickly and with grace. We highly recommend JM Construction to anyone who is looking to make changes, big or small, to their home.

JM Construction continues to deliver first class results. We just finished our most recent project and love our perfectly petite primary bath. So much function and beauty in a small space! We have been working with them for 19 years, and so were confident of the outcome, but still are always blown away by the result. Thank you.

We were very pleased with our team at JM Construction during our recent remodel of a century old condo in Brookline Village. As can be expected with an older building, setbacks in construction due to unexpected scenarios can be frustrating for both the home owner as well as the builder. Todd was faced with challenges throughout the project and handled them all with grace and without hesitation. But, most importantly, the finished product was completed on time and looked great! Thank you so much to Todd and the rest of the team for creating our cozy condo in Beantown!

Working with JM Construction on our master bathroom remodel was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jeff, Justin, Skipper and the whole team at JM made every step of the process as smooth and efficient as possible. The finished product was exactly as we had envisioned. The JM team transformed our bathroom with such efficiency and ease, the whole experience has us looking for our next renovation project for the JM team to complete. We highly recommend JM Construction.

Thoughtfully designed spaces and quality craftsmanship. As with most construction projects (during Covid) we ran into delays and issues. Delays were well communicated, and our issues were treated with respect and expedience. We are extremely pleased with the final results. We have already recommended JM Construction to friends and neighbors. We enjoyed working with Jeff, Justin, Todd, Courtney and Ashley. A friendly, knowledgeable group of people that work well together is hard to find. Any issues we raised were immediately addressed and corrected in a timely manner. This was our second project with J.M. Construction. We had very high expectations for our projects and are glad to say they turned out better than we had envisioned.
