Worst road patching I have ever seen! Rating one start because it will not allow me to rate in the negative with stars. I have literally seen smoother off road woods trails in the mountains. Not to mention all the damages to vehicles due to driving on there roads or flooding roads due to a lack of any kind of engineering or the trash and debris they drop on public roads around work areas and leaving it in place to further damage vehicles

My stepdad warn my husband and I about this company, but we took a chance because my husbands cousin worked there. Well we should have listened. My stepdad worked for this company years ago and knows the own and he said the man and his company aren’t right and he was correct. The first foreman my husband had was not putting in the correct hours for my husband and his checks always came in short. Then the foreman tried to get him in trouble only for that foreman to be demoted later for his poor performance. Once my husband was placed with a new foreman everything seemed fine, his hours started coming in correctly and we were fine. My husband got along with his foreman and his team. He has made some life long friends for sure. But we have had a family emergency at home and my husband had to miss work. The only time he misses work was if one of our children are sick or if we have an ultrasound which we requested ahead of time. But we have a mold infestation and needed paystub and one of our babies was sick so he missed two days, he called out and presented himself at the office to get the documents he needed for us to move and also explain in person what was happening. The ladies in the office told him he was ok and thanked him for coming in to talk. But apparently a superintendent who sees over the projects and foreman’s named Joseph didn’t like my husband. He sent in an email claiming my husband was late everyday and left before or at 11 which is absolutely false. The cameras on these project would prove this but because his foreman signed the email as well no one would listen to us. He called HR and no one returned our calls. The higher ups in this company are shady and disgusting people. My husband was at those sites by 5:30-6am everyday and we didn’t get him home until after 3pm in the evening home by 4pm. We have a new baby on the way and a mold infestation and their termination of my husband employment was unjust and unexplained. One of his coworkers heard Mr Joseph cackling on and laughing about what he did and how he will do it to anyone who crossed him or he didn’t like. This company doesn’t have their employees clock in or out the foreman does it so they can alter or lie about your hours, and they don’t tell you why you’re being let go. He was not given a fair chance and was let go without proper notice. He got a dang text saying the company has fired you, and that is beyond unprofessional. These foreman’s and superintendents are smoking on the job while testing hard working men like garbage because they can. Y’all need to do better and I pray God gives those who are malicious what they deserve. Nasty experience and I don’t wish this treatment on anyone but I do believe in Karma. Hoping this doesn’t fall on deaf ears and something is done to improve the working environment for future and current employees.

Employees are so professional and family oriented.. in response to one of the reviews I am confused because I have never heard of being given a two weeks notice to be fired ? sounds a little bitter to me
