Bedankt aan Elias & Anass voor de uitstekende service. Het toilet spoelt opnieuw door zoals voorheen. En hopelijk zal dit toch voor lange tijd al blijven. 😉

Vreselijke service, zeker geen aanrader. Nadat we bijna 600 euro hadden uitgegeven om de leiding te ontstoppen, liep hij twee dagen later weer niet leeg. Ondanks dat de ontstopper zei dat er garantie op de service zat, en de website dat ook zei, toen we belden om iemand te vragen het te repareren, zei het bedrijf dat die garantie er niet was en dat we opnieuw moesten betalen om iemand te laten komen. KDV heeft genoeg van ons geld genomen zonder iets te repareren, ik zal ze geen geld meer geven. Ik had naar de andere recensies moeten luisteren die zeiden dat het oplichterij was.

Fast and extremely good communication. Solved my problem efficiently with a short notice, I booked the appointment on Saturday and on Monday the problem is solved.

The appointment was easy. The plumber came during the agreed time but alone, so he was not able to clean the pipes using the high pressure water by himself. Contrary to what was promised on the website that they would tackle the foundamental problem and provide a permanant solution, the plumer provided a temporary fix and asked to book another appointment, if the problem reappears, even though he was still working within the hour that he was paid for. The plumber also promised to write down the diagnosis of the problem when sending the invoice. But disappointingly, the company didn't mention anything in the bill. When asked, they claim that no camera was used so they were unable to write down any diagnosis. In the end, the problem was not completely resolved and was only partially relieved. This is completely against what they promise on their website. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!

This is a fake company. I would recommend everyone to not use their service. First of all we contacted KDV ontstopping because we saw 5 good reviews. So, we thought they are a new company. But then for inspection Ontstoppingservice showed up. It is another company with a lot of bad reviews. I didn't notice the different name at that time.
But the guy overcharged us 170 Euros. They only did sewer inspection but in the factuur he put drain opening as well.
I called them 10 times for refund and they said ok we will look into it and now they say send us an email.
Also once they gave the factuur I noticed the different names. So, we called both companies but always the same person picks up the phone. If you check on google and their websites you will see different addresses and phone numbers. But they all go to same company.
BE CAREFUL OF THEM.
