I had the pleasure of working with Charles Keller, and his team when remodeling several years ago. I have dealt with many contractors through the years with remodel projects and building new homes. Most were disappointing with not showing up, poor or no housekeeping practices, over charging, not finishing and no customer service after the project is complete.
