This is a complete scam. They INTERVIEW folks with Alzheimer’s and dementia after an incident. You, as the power of attorney, daughter or son, are not allowed to be present during the interview. You are not allowed to check up on the investigation! Something needs to be done about this! Somebody’s pockets are being filled with money while the people that have worked hard, their whole lives and saved their money and paid thousands for long-term care insurance suffer and sit in pee and get neglected and there’s nothing YOU or your LOVED ONE, or ANYONE can do about it! It’s absolutely disgusting!

I put my full trust in these people to care for my mother with dementia. Now she's in a home and we cannot even contact her. Liars. Horrible people. Con artists. Just disgusting. All they care about is her retirement money.

Didn't believe the abuse that I endured. Stealing of my cellphone. And purposely starved me due to bad food...lies about me. Yet allowing the elderly sit in pee [ diaper] for 4-6 hours. Hide the service light. Doesn't call EMT when a person fell out of bed...huge bump on back of head...over heard a head nurse tell the patient that she's fine...excuse me...2 friends of mine hit their head alot softer and each had a brain bleed. As for me, too many to count and it continues for today.....and they think that they're doing God's work.
