Loyd Excavation did a tremendous job clearing land for numerous families and properties in Mesquite Acres at Lake Ivie, Texas. I appreciated his professionalism and patience in managing all personalities at the same time meeting their requirements. The work done was extremely difficult, but his team got it done. He also worked well with the lake authorities, Colorado River Municipal Water District (CRMWD), ensuring we stay within their guidelines and contacted them regularly to oversee the project to completion with zero violations and 100% satisfaction by all. Kelly Loyd and his team helped us on a remodel of a Midland TX Chick-Fil-A.
We hired them to help us demo part of the interior floor of the building so that new plumbing lines could be installed in the interior expansion of the drive thru. This was a weekend job working 12 -16 hours a day. His crew stayed busy and dug the trenches and also back filled the holes. We also demoed some concrete on the exterior.
I would definitely call Loyd Excavation to help on future projects in the area.

I had Loyd Excavation and Construction come out and repair a tank for me. The prior dozer company had done a couple things wrong with the tank and Loyd Excavation and Construction quickly identified the issue and got to work. By the end of the project I had a gorgeous tank that now holds water. You will not find a more hard working or honest company than Loyd Excavation and Construction. They spent the time to understand my needs and budget and come up with a plan to get everything done. By far the best dirt work company in Coleman County. Highly recommend for your future projects!
