My wife and I wanted to renovate the kitchen of our 1950 home and take out 2 load-bearing walls to open up the space. We are new home owners and this was our first home construction project. M A Garcia, Inc came highly recommended to me by my real estate agent. I took bids from a few different companies, but in the end I chose M A Garcia, Inc because I liked the smaller, down-to-earth family operation as opposed to a big company. From the beginning, Marco and Anthony were easy to talk to and did not pressure me at all in any decision making. My wife and I designed the kitchen we were hoping for and Marco, Anthony, and their crew gave us exactly what we wanted. They offered us construction/framing ideas and options (raising the ceiling) when needed but left most the design to us. The raised foundation needed some repairs and leveling after the walls were removed and they helped with that. We wanted to keep our original hardwood floors, and they were able to lace in new oak flooring to match the old as best as possible. The custom cabinets are absolutely beautiful. It almost feels like we moved back into a new home. The kitchen is more beautiful than we ever anticipated. We couldn't be happier with their work, and would highly recommend their work to anyone.

We highly recommend MA Garcia, Inc for any bathroom remodeling project. From start to finish the entire project was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence that exceeded our expectations. The project was completed on time and within budget.
Our outdated bathroom of 20+ years was transformed into a beautiful, clean, modern space.
They carefully listened to our needs and preferences while also offering insightful suggestions that enhanced the functionality and aesthetics of the space. They were always on time or notified us if there was a delay. Communication was clear and prompt.
The quality of the workmanship was exceptional from the care and precision that Benito took laying the tiles to the perfectly installed fixtures, vanity, and lighting done by Cody. Anthony was a constant presence overseeing the project. Many thanks to Anthony and his team.

These guys are the best. The first time 3 years ago they fixed my kitchen due to a small fire, I liked them so much that now that our kitchen flooded I used them again and we had them take down a wall that served no purpose and they did a beautiful job with both projects. They are also reasonable, fast, responsive and respectful of us and our things. Would strongly recommend them to anyone.

From the moment Anthony gave us a quote we knew he was the guy for our project. The invoice was detailed and professional compared to other quotes we received. Anthony gave us honest suggestions when we were a little unsure of our project. Shout out to his crew, Cody, Miguel, Robert and Dad. They were respectful to us and our home. Marco Garcia and his entire family of skilled tradesmen, along with their talented crew of subcontractors have done a number of projects over the past 10 years at our home in Carlsbad. Recently we just completed an exterior patio addition and updating roof, windows and doors, stucco and paint updates inside and out. Their crews were not only talented and thorough, but maintained a very clean jobsite and their work was completed on time and on budget.

They just finished remodelling my bathroom and I am very pleased how it turned out. They are courteous, reliable, responsive to questions in a timely manner. Gave me design ideas and make sure workmen did their parts probably and to my specifications. Frequent inspections of progresses. Made sure everything are tidied up after each progression. Will definitely use them again.
