This company charged $225 for a 400 sq ft cabin that they were in for an hour. They did not dust any window shades, the kitchen counters had dust and grime on them and were not wiped down, corners were not vacuumed. It was a 1 bd 1 bath sq ft cabin in Big Bear so not many things that needed to be clean. They overcharged us by an hour and said they would refund us for the time they overcharged however they still have not.

Maid Easy came to our rescue in a pinch. We needed a cleaning team same day at the last minute to clean our vacation rental. They had a full day but made it work. They had a team come and cleaned our cabin same day. Owner was polite and very accommodating. Maid Easy made it easy for us. I definitely will use their services in the future.

While the owner and cleaning crew was very kind, the cleaning was careless, and lacked attention to detail. With a crew of three and four hours, I’d expect my property to be spotless. This was not the case. I wanted a clean home, and I came home to a disappointment which is frustrating. The instructions I gave were not followed, even after a walk thru. Beds were messy. Details missed. Owner offered me one hour, free of charge, but full amount quoted was charged with no discount after expressing dissatisfaction. I do not feel I received the value for the cost of the services. I would not recommend this service for primary residences.

The worst cleaning company I have ever worked with. They missed basic things like wiping the counters down. There was dust everywhere. The company also lies and overcharges you for time they spent there despite the fact that we have cameras and can clearly see they were there half the time they claimed and charged for. Would not recommend.

BEWARE of this company. Hired them to clean a small space and they did a terrible job. The space had dust everywhere, they did not clean basic areas and the worst part is the company lied about how long they cleaned and overcharged tremendously. Beware when working with this company especially if you are not physically there they will lie about how long they were there for. It seems other reviewers had this same issue.

I was in a bind, a big one. And not only did Maid Easy step up but they stepped in, in a time of desperation. They went so far above and beyond that I cannot say how grateful and thankful I am for them enough. Sheri and Juanita you are my Angel's. The work you did was amazing in such short notice I am unbelievably happy and grateful for you both. I will reccomend your services to everyone I know either in Long Beach or Big Bear. My parents are elderly and their house was in need of A SERIOUSLY deep cleaning. It was horrible. The ladies worked all day tirelessly and this house hasn’t been this beautiful in 10 years. They cleaned everything from the blinds, the floors, the picture frames, etc. etc. This is by far the best service I have had the pleasure to work with.
