First rate customer service, they have shipped many times for me and I have never had any problems with anything I have shipped through them. They have been friendly and helpful every time i have gone to their store. in the 4 plus years since I started using their services I have only used other shipping centers a handful of times, I regretted it almost every time.
So, Friendly, professional and personable describes the staff there. And I have yet to come up with a shipping request or need that they couldn't handle.

Just popped in to send a fax. Received prompt and friendly service. Received a great price for the number of pages I had to send.
Around the small customer area were a few local goodies for sale like t-shirts, magnets, gift packaging items and even some Easter decorations. A basket full of children’s toys and books was on the floor for kids that might come in with mom or dad. A community board with a lot of business cards is on one wall and opposite of that was a small selection of greeting cards. They also have two internet access stations with a mini fridge in between.
Very nice locally owned place that seemed to be customer focused. I received an update on the page number my fax was on a few times. I thought this was a nice touch compared to the big name places.
The only thing I could say needed to change is the A/C. It was extremely warm but I could see the back door open so I presume turning off the A/C was for a specific purpose. I knew I wouldn’t be there long enough to care but I hope the ladies working didn’t always have to deal with that heat. 🙂

These ladies are a welcoming, smiling example of customer service. I came in with a package 15 minutes before they closed and they got right to work advising me on options and getting the job done. I was the one looking at my watch, not her. They told me exactly where to drop it off to catch the last Orange Park pick up. As this was for my husbands job, he was very appreciative as well. I have been using mail services for years - i love this shop! i have never had an issue, the staff is knowledgeable & courteous. I stop in constantly, because i hate waiting in line at the post office & the ladies are always so friendly! I drop off packages regularly & have used their notary service. Great location right off 17 - so convenient!
