I hired Mann for a full tear off roof replacement on both my older Elmwood Village area roof and garage, as well as the upper porch balcony roof. They did such a phenomenal job from start to finish. I found that their team was highly efficient and well organized, highly skilled craftsman completing the job with excellence, and great value with a fair price for the excellent quality they offer. I’ve already referred Mann Roofing to family and friends and will continue to do so as the years go by. I will also personally hire Mann for any future roofing, siding, or window jobs I may have on any of my properties. Both of my immediate neighbors commented on how great of a company Mann was and how well they left my property and my neighbors properties clean and tidy after the job was complete as full tear off roofs do create a lot of debris and nails. The magnetic device that picked up all the nails was a really great touch also. I’m really happy I went with Mann and I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for roof, gutter, window, or siding work! Jeremy and his crew leader Miguel were awesome to work with, absolutely five stars in service and quality!

Highly recommend going with Mann if you need a roof. I had them replace the roof on my garage and shed and am beyond satisfied with the results. My dad is a retired contractor so I had him come over to my house when Jeremy came to give me the estimate. My dad peppered Jeremy with questions about the job and let me tell you Jeremy definitely knows what he’s doing. He had all the correct answers. After my job was done I referred my uncle to Mann for a roof for his house and garage and he is also happy with the results. My uncle then referred his next door neighbor to Mann for a roof as well and he is also happy with the results. When it comes time for a new roof on my house I will definitely be calling Mann again.

These guys did a professional and quality job. I had five different companies come out for estimates. Out of all the estimators, Jeremy was the only one who believed me when I said the decking had deteriorated and actually went up there to see for himself (It was probably worse than we both had anticipated) The reps from the other companies acted like nothing was that bad up there or didn't go up there at all. Mann Roofing did an unbelievable amount of work in just two days. They're definitely not slackers. If you need a roof in the City, these guys are the ones to go with.
