Since I joined Medway it give me the opportunity to enhanced my knowledge and skills in different settings, I enjoyed working with different people and treat you with respect. Also when the residents and staffs are asking you to come back and work with them again was a good feeling that give me satisfaction to my job. Medway was very supportive to me. The boss even offer to take me to work or pick me up if I struggle to get a transport. I am very thankful and grateful to what they done to me.
