Martin is great, we are buying a house for my elderly Mother and it turned out we needed to have the roof replaced to get an insurance policy in place to close the deal. We called M+M and they were on the job in 2 days, and had the roof stripped in 1! We are very pleased with all aspects of their performance. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone we know who needs a new roof!

Roof replacement can be a stressful experience. Martin at M&M made the process very easy for us. They did a great for us on time and with minimal problems. I highly recommend them for total roof replacement when switching from shingles to a metal standing seam roof.

Mr. Martin, owner of the company still Has NOT finished my roof since May of 2023. Every time I call him directly he doesn't answer any of my texts nor my calls. Called his office they say he'll call me directly, but nothing. He's been paid a fair amount of money. When he does decide to communicate with me he says he's super busy with a jobs down south(Miami area) and that the company that handles the material is at fault all the time. I'm a small business owner and I would never take anyone's money without completing my work. There is another business owner that is sitting in the same boat I am. I keep calling him and I hear nothing back from him. The only reason I gave a 1 star is because I couldn't leave half a star. Mr. Martin if your reading this finish my roof. I have a family of 4 and I'm expecting my 5th in August. I don't want my roof to start leaking on my family. It's been raining like crazy and non stop. These pictures were taken July 10th 2023. The wood is splitting and starting to come apart , paper is starting to lift and he says it's ok not to worry about anything.

I retained the services on M&M Roofing to install a new roof on my mom’s house. They were very patient with my mom and answered all her questions. We got 3 estimates before choosing this company and they had the best offer. They obtained permitting within weeks. Once the job started, they were there everyday until the work was complete. I received unprompted updates on what would happen next. They passed all inspections on first attempt. I had a roof inspection friend from another county climb the roof and assess the work and he confirmed that the work is quality work. All in all, it was a great experience for my mom and I.
