Another must stop visit in an architectural tour of New York's civic center and financial district. Beautiful Beaux Arts building, currently house's New York City's record archives. In the heart of Civic Center.

Subject Line: Corruption Within The New York City Department Of Hygiene And Mental Health/Corrections Unit. This is the "True" Story, about a talented and "Gifted". Afro American Writer, who's rightful Born Birth Certificate, has been held up, for around 4yrs now...and still counting. I been made, to feeling like. a "Dog", fecthing his favorite bone..."I AM NO BODY'S DOG!. I have also paid out to the amount of $175.00 but still, "No" services were ever granted to me, for 4yrs now...and still counting (the Red Flags, had started to go up). The Corrections Unit
has not only "Humiliated" me by, the continued request for Documents ( in which I have been nothing but "Corruptive"), but still no services were ever granted to me and again, I knew that something was very wrong here ( but still), I knew that I could not give up. I have also (through out these years), I have been given "Misinformation", that also lead to, "THE LOSE OF MY DRIVER'S LICENSE" here in Ga , I have also requested for a "Full Refund" from an acting Manager from The NYCVR/CU...this is what he had said, "A Non- Refund Policy" for the $40.00"(and then of course), there was a battle over the phone, as I have been nothing but "Paitent"and "Corrective" throughout this "Unprofessional" and "Horrible" ordeal. I have a 9tr old daughter, whom I must continue to take of, but how am I to do so, without any ID A FULL INVESTIGATION, SHOULD BE PUT INTO ORDER, AGAINST THE NYCVR/CU.?
