I just done with my real estate state exam on jan/21/25 at 9 AM and there are few peoples who work there and they are black peoples(African American I guess) they are very unprofessional & uneducated specially the lady, the way they treat us , the way she talk to us like yelling and very disrespectful, every body deserves respect, and we paid to give the exam, no body enter there without paying exam fee so why they are yelling when they talk and being disrespectful. Very bad experience ‍♀️

On website this office has lots of negative ratings۔ I found totally different on October 18th، 2024۔ They have class one customer service from start to end۔ They guide you through your paperwork۔ This place is very quiet and clean۔

I wish it I could give them a negative star. I have applied for the renewal of my security guard license 2 months and still I haven’t received. Neither they pick up phone nor respond. It’s been 2.5 hrs since I’m holding’s on phone to speak to them. I will lose my job if I won’t get the license in 2 days and they will be responsible for that :// extremely disappointed

Their website is glitching out in the past 3 weeks, first it didn't let me pay for my license, then all the licenses disappeared from my account, applied to add them back, did not work, so now I am unable to renew my license or reach them after 55 calls - says busy! WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO? NOT RENEW?

I sent in my renewal application with my qualified payment information.
Two months earlier than the expiration date on my NYS guard card . The application was sent back with a rejection letter stating my payment was declined. I had more than enough funds in my account , bank confirmed payment was eligible to go through and the card number and info was correct . So I resent the payment and the copy of rejection letter it’s over two months and I have not heard anything nor recorded my renewed guard card I need to work I have a family to care for all on my own . When I email DOS I am told to resend it when I express I already did and told to wait . Wait time in the phone was two hours . Emails tell me the same thing and too wait . If my card expires I have no job. Can someone please contact me and ensure that my card is renewed . It will mess my whole livelihood up I did everything on my end . Can someone please help.

I came for my license renewal ,they don't help you at all , they just tell you "short on worker , coming back next week" , fine .I came back a week after , and they said the same thing even no guest waiting . and you won't never get helped
