Has been enforcing an Out of State Default Judgement that they can't produce. Parent has requested a copy of the Order they claim they received and are enforcing, they don't have it. They keep sending letters requesting to give them more time as they garnish everything from the parent. Incoherent, ignores everything and all evidence provided to them. Clearly they represent the CP however, in this case there is no CP because the custody case disappeared in Kings County Family Court. There never was an "NCP," and there never was a Parentage Case, no review of any of the facts, evidence, nothing.

An agency that enforces and follows no court orders. An office where parents have to go to physically to request that they do their job. An office full of public servants who don’t understand basic math and have zero empathy with tax payers and citizens. An agency that’s another example of a job’s program, with zero accountability, zero sense of pride or public service.

The worst child support office. I have ever been to. They are disorganized. The Secretary sits there while the phone rings off the hook.
The workers walk around while holding conversations with each other. And your sitting there for two to three hours wondering why? Some of them are very unprofessional. And some of them don't even know what they are doing.

Disgusting, it's a matter time before they're on the news because a parent lost it on thenlm. They don't give af about these kids. It's about money for them & hurting the fathers. POS organization. Should be illegal.

Most horrible place, even when no one is here u still wait over one hour and everyone pretends u don't exist and claims u don't have appointment and if u did book an appointment it's still same issue which makes it worst
