I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors.

Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time.

I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation.

I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.

Wow, wow, wow. We are extremely happy with the quality and timeliness of the work that Sergio did for us during the recent remodel of our primary bathroom. The finished bathroom is a dream come true!

Sergio exceeded our idea of an ideal contractor – he is excellent in every way! He is honest, a problem solver, efficient, hardworking, and creative. He has an awesome skilled crew. He is a good role model for all the trades he uses, and they respect him. As a result, they show up early in the morning, work hard all day, and keep a neat worksite. He kept us apprised of the status of the project every day, which was very reassuring.

Sergio is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and provided great advice regarding the final layout of the bathroom and fixing unexpected defects. For example, during a rainy day, his crew found a leak in the roof while demolishing the shower. Sergio immediately alerted us and provided a roofer that same day to fix the leak rather than ignoring the problem like some other contractors would have done. We never encountered a situation where Sergio didn’t provide a viable solution.

In addition to providing good solid construction, he also had an eye for design which was helpful in choosing materials and placement of fixtures (cabinets, sinks, etc.).

We are grateful to Sergio and his crew for giving us a beautiful and functional bathroom with tons of storage!

We are about 48 days in with our construction and we have been very happy with the progress. Prior to choosing them as our contractor we were invited to see a couple of their current projects which helped us to make an informed decision in hiring them. I’ve not heard of that being done before. From day one we’ve been amazed at how fast and efficient the workers are. Everyday so far, they’ve come around 7:30am and finish about 3:30pm. They come ready to work hard and have so far done exceptional work. We would most definitely highly recommend hiring them if you’re in need of a contractor.
