My autistic son has been without services for over a year even though there are major safety concerns and he's been approved for on site day-hab and free standing respite. We've had a revolving door of overworked, inexperienced, poorly trained and rude care coordinators over the last 2 years. With the taxes we pay to live here, this agency ought to hire more help and provide better training. If I had a nickel for every apology and lame excuse we've been given, we'd be able to buy services. Working with this agency was a frustrating waste of our time and our taxpayer dollars.

i'm not happy the care coordinator I have right now because he's not doing the job right when I ask for help I'm trying to change care coordinator I left them voice mail message they never call me they need to start doing there or I'm going to quit

This organization fails to treat people with dignity and respect.
Case workers are assigned to individuals that they ignore. After months still no visit and hasn't even met the client despite major issues. Issues like health and safety. Matters that need attention. Common sense does not prevail.

Absolutely terrible. Recently the company switched from Aspire to Person Centered Services. (It’s now a privatized company)
My daughter has had a service coordinator for 13 years with no issues, until now. Apparently an email I received asking for a “life plan” (which I emailed back and have proof of such) was received. Today on 12/13 I received a certified letter stating I’d missed several email & phone attempts (I did apparently miss one email as I’m going through my inbox, it was from a different email than the original) As apparently her coordinator changed to a new person. The letter went on to state that services would be discounted 11/25 (today is 12/13) if I didn’t send said letter back. Maybe I would have gotten the letter and been able to reply in time if it was sent to my correct apartment number instead of the wrong apartment/address. 13 years we’ve had a service coordinator with no issues. This company is an absolute joke. Will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

The past year has been absolutely frustrating with our current Care Coordinator. It could be due to the amount of case loads the coordinator has to keep up with right now. It is just frustrating that a request that was made back in Sept 2019, hasn't been followed through on completely yet. Communication needs improvement as well. Overall O am not happy with how things are going with Person Centered Services.

What a joke!
Everything been better as it was before. Not this only few options for coordinating in ny. I moved back to NY last year. I got hooked up with person center services end of last year and it been a pointless since.
I would choose aspire over this whatever you can call this!

I have never seen more worse services than this organization. They do not follow through with anything the clients NEED. The most common answer to ANY question is "I have no idea"
I do not recommend this organization to anyone!
