I called PHB in the morning and the owner's daughter, Elina, was out to complete a professional and detailed estimate that afternoon. A cancellation made it possible for them to begin work the very next day. I asked her what time she thought they would be out in the morning and she said they would arrive at 9:00 a.m., which they did. How often does a contractor answer their phone, complete a timely and detailed estimate, and then show up when they said they would?

They removed the existing carpet and pad and disposed of it neatly, installed the subfloor, and had the tile installed by 5:00 p.m. They cleaned up everything nicely before leaving on the first day. I asked when they would be out to complete the job and they said they would arrive at 8:00 a.m. the following day, which they did. They had everything grouted and cleaned up by around noon and the owner, Peter, noticed an area of our kitchen that could use a little clear silicone sealant and completed this task at no charge. And it looks great!

I can't say enough good things about the quality of their work and the personable service we received from PHB construction.

I just to thank all of you for the gorgeous bathrooms you have repaired and created for us! We really appreciate all of your hard work. They replaced our basement tub and surround with this updated tiled shower. Your team is so friendly, efficient, clean and it’s perfect. I’m sorry we were under such a short time line but you got it done! Peter and his crew stayed late, did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to everyone !!! ❤️

Do not hesitate to hire this company! They have done 3 tiles jobs for me July 2020. First, Elina (saved as “Tile Queen in my phone), was highly responsive and fun to communicate with for coordination and billing. Second, I could tell the second I met Petr that his work would be highly impeccable just based on his demeanor. He doesn’t mess around, and I could just read his honesty. Third, Vlad was also very nice in his communication with me. Fourth, As with any remodeling job, there were bumps in the road that appeared. Everything was communicated and handled! Fifth, very affordable and fair. Projects completed: fireplace install kitchen backsplash remove and replace, and bathroom tile install. This is a great family business. Just hire them!! ?

The Project Manager, Elina, was very responsive and kept the project moving. The project was completed in 7 days ... just as she said it would. The workmanship is beautiful! Anatoli was very professional and detail oriented. I would hire them again in heart beat! Our bathroom was transformed from 1965 to 2021 in a week!
