Paul and his team are amazing! We met with several contractors and we decided on PJK because of the reasonable price and excellent reviews from two people we know. They did a great job and were very professional. The job was done very well. We highly recommend PJK!

I had a crew of four great guys come in, and within a week, they had my entire basement waterproofed and repaired. New drain tile, sump pump, and a sealer on the walls, and even new I-beams so the place doesnt fall apart, lol. It's a complete transformation. No more rust and mildew, bye-bye dark dank stinky humid basement! Big plans to use the space as a man cave for my son! Very pleaded with workmanship and final product. Highly recommend!

Paul and his crew are the only people I would trust with any basement, foundation or drainage issues I need fixed. I have used PJK on two separate occasions with amazing results. The first was to fix a bowing wall which was fixed with steel beams and the second was a full basement drainage and sump pit installation. Both jobs were finished as described in Paul's estimate and the spaces were left cleaner than when his crew had started. Pricing was extremely fair and his crew shows up on time and are glad to answer any questions you have during the process. 10/10

PKJ Construction were professional and cared about our needs from the beginning when we first enquired. They made sure everything was in place such as permits, staking out of water, gas, electric lines and once that was done they were right there to solve our drainage problems and installed the drain tiles. The workers were great, knew exactly what to do. They also put down good soil and grass seed when completing job. We recommend them highly and they guarantee their work. I want to thank them for a great job done. Fran and Paul P. Tonawanda, NY

We had water coming in our finished basement from cracks in the foundation. PJK used plastic panels to close up the cracks and divert the water to our drain tiles. Our basement has been completely dry now! The employees were top notch, and left the basement as clean as I had it before they came! Highly recommend this company!

I have been dealing with a flooding issue in my basement for a few years. Would only get bad if it was a terrible rain. Or when the snow would start to melt. I have older drain tile system and thought I would need to spend a few grans to get a sump pump installed. Paul. Simply found a clogged drain and the water went flowing! There is no way to express how much of a relief this was and how happy this made me!! Now I wait for next big rain and fingers crossed it was the entire issue. Amazing!!! Will be back for more service. Thanks!!!

My basement wall was buckling. They described the repair which included a lifetime transferable warranty. All work was done as stated. Unfortunately a water pipe joint was broken causing a dripping leak which wasn't there before the work started. The owner flatly refused to take responsibility. I had to have it repaired myself. Not very professional.

Paul and the crew at PJK have helped us with drainage issues at both our current house and the last one. The last house had the sump pump illegally discharging into the cleanout of the raw sewage line in the basement floor. They capped that off, redirected the pipe out the side of the house, trenched it under the front lawn (and sidewalk), then tapped into the storm sewer. Our new house had 3 downspouts and the sump pump discharging onto the lawn on the side of the house. Again, the crew tied in all the lines to a 4 inch PVC line buried under the front lawn and to the storm sewer. They also installed 2 surface collectors at the grass level to drain any standing water in that lower area. Other than a few torrential downpours this past summer, we haven't had any issues on that side of the house.

They don't require a deposit, are insured, and you only pay when you're completely satisfied. The filling in of dirt and reseeding those areas that were dug up is also a nice bonus.
