I bought a set of cooper tires for a Chevy Silverado, not even a year later one of them was bubbly they honored the warranty. A couple months later same happened to another well they have a new guy in the office named Edgar which seemed like the worst customer service. I had to chase him down for over a week to try and get the warranty claimed on my tire , and finally when I did get ahold of him he said it wasn’t in warranty because I had patched it previously. They sold me a set of defected tires and did nothing to help in the Matter. Worst customer service will not be going back.

I'm a pretty tough customer, having bought about 5 sets of tires and I negotiated with at least a dozen places . Will Doyle worked hard to get my business, found and traded to get the set of tires I wanted in a day, and gave me the best price I think anyone could get. Will was very professional, provided great follow up, and was locked on satisfying me. He was great at educating me about the tires features. the people, the price, the product and the sales process were top notch. Nothing else matters. I've never been happier after such a big purchase. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles to give PLAINSMAN TIRE CO INC try on your next tire purchase.

We've brought several tires for our 18th wheeler from this location throughout the last few years. The majority of the service is good, however I will caution Phyllis (Accounting Lady) is extremely unprofessional and rude. She became very hostile with me recently when trying to make a payment. She seems extremely unhappy in her job and it is a shame because the other people I've dealt with at this business are kind and nice. They need to give this lady some serious "Customer Service Training", customers are NOT her punching bag to abuse.

this place is horrible I bought two tires for my truck and after 3 months they were no longer working I called to ask about the warranty and Mr. Edgar says that he can't find my payment I sent him a copy of it and still he doesn't give me an answer, and he doesn't answer my calls do not go to this place they are thieves.
