A worker came up to me and thought I stole some coffee and was gonna call security
But my wife bought the coffee I was just getting cream but she came at to me yelling acucing me to take me in security so I'm not very happy after my vacation to go through this just cuz she assumed that I I get close to the coffee table I was getting coffee
She's a short lady black rude ever seen

Just plain horrible customer service and definitely not child friendly. This bar is located next to gate g14 in the fort Lauderdale airport. The workers are just nasty. They wouldn't even provide a drop of hot water to rinse an infants bottle tip. I wouldn't buy their overpriced garbage if my life depended on it. Ended up going to Zona Fresca instead, it's right next to it. So is the CNBC Smart Shop. If I could give negative stars or zero I would.

Please do better: thick sliced white sandwich bread, 2 flat slices of turkey cold cut meat, slice of pepper jack, one very flat, soggy , old piece of lettuce , sliced tomato, mayo and Dijon spread thinly on one side of the bread. Sandwich not cut and messy to eat- needs 2 hands due to the large size of the bread. This was purchased at an airport so of course it was a very expensive below par sandwich . Who ever decided food should be grossly over charged and awful at airports? Please send me their contact info!

I ordered (1) Turkey Vaprese Wrap and I enjoyed it. I know since it's convenience ? ? at a airport for the customer however it would be nice if a fresh apple or biscuit was offered with any order over $10. Just to keep the customer not feeling ? like they over paided.

Made me sick, paid 14 dollars for a 2 dollar sandwich that made me I'll on the plane. Avoid this place at all costs

Had a Roasted Turkey and Jack sandwich from a Tampa Airport food stand. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious the sandwich was. The bread was a good thickness with a great nutty, multigrain flavor. The pepper jack cheese was the right level of spiciness and even the tomatoes had flavor. This was definitely one of the better airport sandwiches I have had in recent memory. Only thing that prevents 5 stars is the price (~$9!).

The customer service is horrible. The cashier Odette (which was the name on my receipt)was very rude. I witnessed her yell at a customer for no reason. The lady was not sure how to use the coffee machine and the cashier just came out of no where yelling at the lady instead of exemplifying the customer service she should have and explained to the lady how the machine works. People are already spending their money on their high priced items. They should not have to get a side of rudeness along with it. My advice is that they need to train their workers on what customer service looks like and how to be nicer to paying customers.
