Wow! I can't begin to describe the amazing and professionalism we experienced with hiring Plata Construction. From our first meet to beginning and end of this overwhelming job they were amazing. One of the things we most appreciated was the communication. If something was delayed we found out immediately. If things were going to happen quicker than expected we not only got a text but received a phone call to let us know to be ready for whoever was showing up. Our house flooded from an upstairs bathroom on December 5th. Our insurance, USAA, was amazing and got things going right away. Through the process they recommend another company and we decided to go with their recommendations because we were told it was more reliable and a "trusted vendor". After MONTHS of being pushed off and lied to and ignored by the other company we decided to contact Jeremy and see if he was still willing to do our house. He went into immediate action. With insurance money can take time to come in. He had his signed contract but started getting the ball rolling before the first payment. With in a week of hiring him he has drywall started! He had workers at house house every day! We finally saw progress after months of waiting for the other company to do nothing. They refigured our kitchen, built a walk in pantry, added an island with a sink and soooooo much more. There really isn't enough words on the planet to discribe our satisfaction with Plata Construction. We would recommend them to everyone! They are reliable, communicative, honest, trustworthy, hardworking, friendly and personable. If you're looking for a company who gets the job done right, on time and to look amazing Plata Construction is YOUR company to go with. Thank you Jeremy for everything! We are beyond grateful and appreciate everything! I will try and add more photos! But to give you an idea they redid my son's room, my daughters room, their jack and Jill bathroom, the upstairs hallway, flooring in our master and master bath, our stairs, formal dining room, off, kitchen - completely gutted and redesigned, fritn room flooring, hallways downstairs and our downstairs bathroom.

What a great experience we had with Plata Construction, at a time that wasn't so great for us. A pickup hit the front of our home, leaving significant damage. Once Jeremy, Adam and their crew got a hold of our home, as expected, left it way better than before. He has an awesome crew of polite, get the job done right, kind of guys. Thanks to each and every one of them.

I had water damage restoration in my kitchen. Called my home Insurance (farmers Insurance) gave me this company and told me that Plata Construction can help me out with my problem. Contacted them and I was assigned to David Longoria who is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable on what he's doing. As a first time home buyer with lots of questions, David made sure that I am always updated with the project and always work with my schedule. My project was Fire Restoration for single family home. Before hiring Plate Contruction, I quoted other 3 companies and saw their works, however I connected with Jeremy right away after communicated to him the way I wanted my project done. He understood and met my demand. I appreciated his work. His personality is great, always smile, such a happy person. We did our project during the pandemic so we run into obstacles in getting supplies and he dealt with it professionally and tried his best to finish the project without much delay.
