Please for the sake of your child do not use this place for your child’s therapy. We got a speech therapy referral for our at the time 2 year old. We had an initial evaluation in early march and they informed me they would reach out to our insurance to begin the process and start sessions with my son. They reached out a few times via text but would only tell me they were working on it. After like six months I got a random message stating my son needed a re-evaluation to which I was confused because he had never had a single session. When I reached out to them as to what was going on they told me they had dropped the ball and they had given the wrong fax number to my insurance so that’s why they had never received anything from them. At this point it had been so long, they had to reevaluate and reach out to his pediatrician and insurance all over again. It had been over 8 month trying to get him in. 8 month delays in a growing toddler is a long time and I would’ve just appreciated if they would’ve called me to let me know what was going on. I would’ve called other speech therapist to help my son. My son was left without insurance recently and now they actually want to reaching out to me. This place has horrible service please go elsewhere were they actually care for you child.

I would also give zero stars. This is the most unprofessional therapy company I’ve worked with. They bought out the previous company, which was amazing! I haven’t been able to get a straight answer on my childs status for weeks. The attitudes of the office staff are beyond unacceptable and I dread calling every time. They are not christian, they do not care about health and healing. They are an investment company preying on medicaid patients under the guise of christianity. Also, based on my numerous calls to the office, it seems the positive reviews are primary from employees. This company is a joke. Happy to say I’ve finally been able to move my son elsewhere!

If I could give zero stars I would. I never write reviews but I am beyond fed up and would like to save somebody else my same headache. EVERYONE I speak to in this office tells me something completely different so we are still waiting since April and my son still hasn't been seen. Any update I receive it is because I call to get it. Two weeks ago I wad told 3 business days I called to follow up last Friday I was told I was waiting on insurance approval called today I was told the same and told the previous person meant to say waiting on paperwork from the Doctor. The same paperwork my doctor told me they had already sent back. So now I have a seven year old still receiving NO THERAPY and the little movements he could with his fingers are now gone. I don't believe there is anymore guarantees they can give me of making it right.

My children were dropped for services without any prior notice. I was given 3 different reasons why COTA couldn’t return and I am disappointed with the last minute notice to inform me COTA would not be returning after it was stated they knew for about 2wks prior and I found out on the following service day, after COTA did not show up as scheduled.

If I cound rate this company a NEGATIVE STAR I would.
I received a call from the so-called owner Ivonne today regarding a coment that a parent wrote with his experience with this company. How unprofessional can you be if you have to call a person regarding this comment and start demanding to retract their OPINION and call it SLANDER. This was his experience and he felt voicing his opinion on a review. Which he is completely at right to do. For an owner, and I say that loosly, to go to those extremes is outrages. If the comment made by the parent did not conform to what the company does, a simple "what can we do to better ourselves" would of been a better approach rather than to start a conversation with demands. It's called constructive critism look it up I'm sure you've heard of it. Hopefully, this agency doesn't take it out on the child.
p.s. what I am writing here is facts.. You did call me, you did demand and you did go off unprofessionally.

Premier Pediatric Therapy is a great company that really goes above and beyond to provide in home therapy to children needing PT/OT/ST services. My nephew received ST services with this company this year and he has definitely increased his vocabulary! I would absolutely recommend this company! Also, Premier is under new ownership as of March 2017!
