Pro Image Construction LLC came with a resonable estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion. I can't wait to use my patio. I must add my partio looks amazing. Thanks again.

Marcus came and put in 2 new sidewalks, a step and approach to the driveway. Impeccable workmanship. He cleaned up after work was complete including pressure washing around area. Very reasonable pricing. Will hire again if I need any more concrete work done

Last year we had a stamped and colored patio poured from this company. It took several weeks to get started, and there were some poor work habits that we witnessed. However, the patio turned out just perfect! It was outstanding and exactly what I wanted. The owner himself did the work and he was very personable and patient with my many questions and concerns. After the first winter we noticed some color had worn away in spots. We have contacted the owners for this to be repaired. They said they could get to us by the end of May. We have not heard anything since and they have not returned any of our many messages. Our reivew would change if they would come out and fix the problem that we have been patiently waiting for to be fixed.

Ironically, their was nothing professional about Pro Image. My fiancée was in contact with one of their employees and we tried to schedule a consult with him. On multiple occasions he said he would be at our house on a specific day, and then he would tell us he's late, and then eventually not show up at all. On the very last day of contact he advised us he was late and we advised we had plans for afterward. Eventually, he told us to "go ahead and leave. Thank you I appreciate it I'm done." I'm so very glad we were able to save him the trouble of doing his own job. No contact or follow up afterward.

I'm sure the work Pro Image does for homeowners is spectacular. It's a shame we were assigned a bottom of the barrel rep. But when a company provides a service, common decency and good customer service is usually expected.

Got my stamped concrete patio done. In a busy year of construction they were one of the few contractors that called me back, and even fewer of the people who actually came to do an estimate at the time and date they said they would. (so many companies never called back, kept calling to reschedule, or made appointments and then never came).

They communicated well through the whole process and if there were changes to times / dates due to unforeseen circumstances they were quick to discuss and advise.

If I had to get a patio again, would 100% call them back and have them do it.
