Probuilt has shown professionalism, creativity, and honesty from the very top, (Ed, Christina, Ryan) to the crews that come out and do the work. They’ve always been so easy to work with. What we appreciate about them is their ability to think outside the box, making sure our visions match up. The crews are also very kind, clean, and are efficient. They never once left our yard a mess.

It feels good to know that our decks, and other projects are made with quality materials, and have been safely constructed. We look forward to working with Probuilt again, it’s truly been a pleasure.

This company build my deck and patio. The finish work was very nice but after 2 years the rails in the deck start falling apart and twisted. After several visits to the office asking the fence to be repaired I was totally ignored. I dońt think such an expensive trek deck should last only 3 years. I dońt recommend this company because they are not responsable in the follow up of the problems.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the small deck ( 12 x 12) that ProBuilt installed behind my townhouse. I have a walk-out basement, so the deck is one story high. The construction was of impeccable quality. The deck was finished in just 2 days. They cleaned up very well afterward, leaving no debris behind. They never pushed me to buy more deck than I wanted to--no pressure at all. And they were very attentive to my needs. Extremely friendly and responsive staff! Christine was terrific. They made great suggestions for this decorator-challenged man, and the final product looks fantastic! You may be able to get a deck installed for less money from some other company, but you can't get a better quality product at a reasonable price. I looked hard before I decided on ProBuilt. They are a family operated company rather than a franchise and they offer very personal service. I highly recommend them with no reservations.
