LG recommended Residential tech as a technician for my dishwasher. I called Saturday after hours but they still responded to give me a breakdown of what day they likely can come. He called back Monday like he said he would, set me up for Tuesday and was finished fixing my dishwasher before the end of the service call window. The $95 initial fee was not bad and it goes towards any parts if needed. The technician didn't try to say any parts or extra labor was needed for mine, just a reset of the display.
One hour tech visit window, quick response, easy online way to pay, fixed dishwasher.

Interesting to read all of these reviews about this individual Mike Guerino. Some of them are identical to my experience with him so I imagine this is just the type of person that he is. Extremely rude condescending is an understatement. What’s interesting is that he said he works for Frigidaire which was originally supposed to bring the service person to us but what I’m seeing now is that he is like a third-party person that companies like Frigidaire or Samsung rely on to outsource service. At least that’s what it feels like after I talked to Frigidaire and brought up my experience they said he is not an employee of us and I apologized for his behavior. I won’t get into the details of what went down. I think the reviews here speak for themselves. I will say though that there’s a picture on this Google review of the address of the business, which looks like he’s doing this right out of his own house. Not a pleasant person at all and apparently this has been going on for years. It shouldn’t come as a surprise why he’s not registered with the Better Business Bureau but I don’t think he cares about that obviously or he wouldn’t be acting this way.

If I could issue NO STARS I would. This company CLEARLY does not want to do business with those of us who have warranty companies that contract with them. I submitted a request for service and the person that called me back from Residential Tech was rude and unprofessional. When I explained to him that our service fee was being waived by the warranty company he immediately said he'd cancel appointment because he showed that and $85 fee was owed and he was not going to come out. I had to then call my warranty company and they confirmed that it was waived, called the guy back at Residential Tech and his new excuse was he'd have to reschedule my appointment for a SECOND TIME because if the fee was being waived my appointment would be handled differently making my appointment subject for FURTHER DELAY which my husband was not happy about. And YES.. because my husband and I were frustrated at the unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to service our refrigerator in a TIMELY manner 4 letter words were used. Can you blame us? very frustrating, very unprofessional and CLEARLY someone who does not want to repair your appliance UNLESS you pay the service fee REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY'S policies and procedure are .. they are not willing to follow those guidelines. SHAME ON YOU RESIDENTIAL TECH. you can do better. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Oh my Goshhhh. I just got off the phone with Mike and came to Google to leave him a bad review. This guy was appointed through my home warranty, and has been rude from setting up appointment. I ignored his condescending tone because I was solely interested in getting my dishwasher fixed. He insisted that I had to pay him service fee upfront, or he will have to leave. I always get billed bywarrantybut out of desperation, I paid him. He then told that he will need to order a part and eill return in a few days. He called last week to tell me that the item should be arriving in few days and he will be here on Wednesday to fix it. Noone showed up. I got an email from my warranty that service was completed, which is a LIE. I called them and they put on phone with him. He tied and screamed at me when I told him that service was never completed and he charged me money. He threatened to cancel the service. I told him I will no longer tolerate his disrespect and condescending tone. And that I am done being nice to him. Next time I see him around house, he will have to face serious consequences.

These people clearly have no pride in their business or any ethics whatsoever. It is refreshing to see so many negative reviews and know that I’m not the only one. I have waited until I moved away from my property to post this because I was genuinely afraid of these people knowing where I lived and I was a single woman living alone at the time. Yes I’m posting under my husbands account because I can’t log in to mine. These people came to my house two or three times, charged me each time, and never fixed my washing machine that was leaking and flooding my garage. Kept giving me an invoice showing what they did every time, but the problem never got fixed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and then mike called and harassed me day after day that he was going to send me to collections. Complete crooks! They should be reported to the BBB!

Our home warranty company contracted Residential Teach Services to repair our oven. Mike Guerino, the owner, was rude from the beginning while setting up the appointment but people have bad days so we let it slide. We paid our deductible with a check which was promptly cashed. The technician who arrived was polite and professional but unfortunately brought the wrong parts so we had to reschedule. Mike called to reschedule and became aggressive over the phone when he was alerted for 3rd time that the name on the paper work was wrong. He actually used the wrong name over and over in a smug tone. He became aggressive and when he was told his behavior was out of line he began to argue and threatened that the phone call was being recorded. Being recorded without consent is against the law!

The customer service they offer is below par. This person is very unprofessional and clearly doesn't value his customers. Thankfully we figured it out before any repairs were actually made and our warranty company was able to find us another hardworking repair company that values their customers.

Honestly, be very cautious. I am a small business owner and I can't believe people can stay in business conducting themselves this way. Mike, the only person that's ever answered the phone when I call needs to really understand the word "customer". I have no idea if he's a referral service to techs, an answering service, or the owner. When I called back after a repair was completed, and paid for by me (but not repaired)....I heard within moments of talking to him, that....."we ONLY have a 30 day guarantee and this will hold up in court"!!! What!!! yes, I understand a 30 day guarantee, but what an attitude!! I explained to Mike that the same exact thing was happening and I had not had time to call them sooner (it had been about 2 or 3 months at the MOST since the tech was there).
Try a different company, I promise you will be glad you did.

I had the same experience as the other one star reviewers. I had an appointment scheduled through my warranty company. Mike called me a week before the appointment - which I did appreciate - and had to change the appointment. We discussed two days later but I could not make the time slot. He told me he would work it out and call me to confirm. When he did not I called the day of the appointment. They had scheduled in the time slot I was not available. When I tried to get the correct time Mike told me I was argumentative and to get another company. No problem - I will.
