Very happy that we decided to book our airport transportation to and from our hotel in downtown Chicago. With our baby's first ever flight, and our first time in Chicago, the service provided by Ride in Bliss was excellent. Our drivers (to and from) were prompt, very friendly, and got us to our destination safely and in good time. Vehicles very clean, rear facing car seat clean and in excellent condition. The snacks, water, coffee and music requests were a nice touch as well. Shout out to Tudor and Pavel our drivers. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible service for those with kiddos needing a ride with a car seat. Our driver was Ace. He picked us up from our hotel in Chicago to Union Station. His car was immaculate, and fit all our luggage and us comfortably. My toddler’s car seat was set up rear facing as requested at booking. He told us a lot about the city during our ride and was just very kind and personable. Once dropped off, he presented my daughter with a new Barbie. Just above and beyond service! 10000/10 recommend!

The whole experience was excellent. Easy and convenient to book. We traveled with two kids and it was definitely catered to the kids. Van was stocked with fruit snacks and juice boxes. Cocomelon songs were playing when we loaded the van and on the ride. Pavel even gave my son an unopened Hot Wheels car when he dropped us off at the airport terminal for our flight. Couldn't recommend them enough!

This review is going to be long - I apologize in advance. Ride In Bliss changed my life.

My senior mother has been travelling from Seattle to Las Vegas for 14 years to visit me. She does not drive, never has, and she lives a considerable distance from the airport. She has always taken the city bus from her home in downtown Tacoma to get to and from the airport with all her luggage and she's been happy to do so. We had planned on having a neighbor of hers meeting her at the airport in Sea-Tac and riding home on the city bus with her, just so she wouldn't have to be alone. But those plans fell through right when I was about to book her flight home so as I was panicking late at night, I Googled rides home from airports and I read about Ride In Bliss.

Booking the car was very easy, even as a first-time user. I enjoyed all the different options available but what impressed me the most was the 24/7 availability as well as the option to add on a Meet & Greet at baggage claim. This was literally the answer to all my of problems and the service that I never knew I always needed.

George was the driver for my mother and she is still talking about how wonderful he was. George - if you are reading this, I apologize for my mother's non-stop excitable chatter the entire ride home! I opted for the Meet & Greet option as Mom is older and needs things to be as obvious as possible. I was a little nervous however as I go to sleep very early now for the new job I just started and would not be awake in the event something went awry for her after midnight arrival but it all worked out perfectly.

This was my first experience with Ride In Bliss and it will be the first of many more to come. Moving forward I now know that I can plan an entire trip to Vegas and back for my mother stress-free as her transportation to and from the airport has always been the one big stressor for me. Since my mom always had to rely on public transit, that one element of the trip dictated flight times and limited them to when the busses ran. Now we can book her flights to and from any time of day or night with the peace of mind of knowing there is a reliable, professional car service available 24 hours a day. Thank you Ride In Bliss, thank you Pavel, and thank you George! This business is sheer genius!

We were so thrilled to use Ride in Bliss so we wouldn't have to lug a car seat in Chicago or take the train from O'Hare to Roger's Park. They tracked my flight and sent new driver info proactively after our flight was delayed a couple hours. The drivers were friendly and professional.
