This company is amazing. We had problems in our power room and they were here in minutes. They basically lived here until the project was complete. We had a freeze up in our fire pump room and they were here next day to install a heater and fix the broken pipe. Cannot recommend enough.

Rommel construction is very unprofessional, they ask for your banking info to set up the contract. First red flag, Then forget to put the work order on the board Chelsey. Had to call back because no one contacted me to schedule an appointment after getting my information. Appointment scheduled for 7/26/2022@ 7 am, no show. Contact Rommel to find out where the plumber is. I requested Shawn when I scheduled who had been on the property previously for another issue at the condo complex and while here, he checked the shower for a plumbing issue in my unit. Took my shower drain apart, I ordered the part and scheduled for him to come back out. Back to today 7/26/22. After no show at 7 am called Rommel spoke to Chelsey who stated that they couldn’t get in contact with Shawn and another plumber would be out. However the plumber is on an emergency and they aren’t sure what time he will be here. Red flag number 2, no consideration for my time or scheduled appointment. I took off this morning/ changed my schedule and am scheduled to work this afternoon but they can’t give me a time when the plumber would be available. Asked to speak to manager Glenn Ubarger, transferred by Chelsey and was hung up on. Called back transferred a second time and sent to voice mail which was full. Called back one last time, was transferred to Amanda who just wanted to reschedule me again, another inconvenience or ask if the maintenance in the condo complex could access my unit and allow Rommel to fix the issues. No thank you. What’s the purpose of scheduling an appointment? So no one keeps appointments? You aren’t told when you schedule that if they get an emergency you would be pushed back. Basically you might have to spend your entire day waiting for service that may or may not happen and don’t expect them to call you and let you know. Poor communication and service. I will be blasting this company on all social media platforms and BBB.

They came to install a control box for lighting on my property. They stated the lawn will not be damaged.
They drilled a huge hole and left a large pile of dirt on my lawn. Came back a week later, did a total of 20 minutes to an hour of work a day. The lawn looks like garbage now. What they stretched over a two week period could have been done in one or two days. Just extremely unprofessional.

Make sure to get the quote in writing, they like to charge you double of what you were quoted. And if paid on the day of the service, they'll never return your phone call, until they need something. Terrible customer service. Wasted a lot of time on those people, don't bother and find someone less 'busy'..
