They helped me navigate the claims process with my insurance company, which was arduous, and the new roof is beautiful. The work quality and workmanship was outstanding. I thought the process was going to be a nightmare, but Frank and his crew made this experience great. They were very professional and quite thorough with everything from the starting quotes all the way to the final inspection. The crew was very polite and made sure no debris or nails were left. Roofers are all over Florida. We chose Frank because our neighbors were very happy with him. As our roofing began and ended…. Frank was always there, making sure everything was right, making sure we were happy. So, if we had it to do over….we would choose Frank! Plus he coordinated our solar panels with roofing to make sure they were right! Took loads off our minds!

I have been waiting for this business' to install my roof for more than a year. It is extremely hard to get a hold of them. They rarely respond texts, and always forwards my calls to voicemail. They have taken money from my insurance and I am still waiting on their service. Very disappointed and frustrated from their customer service and work (or lack of). Save yourself the time and use someone else. Update: He still has not done my roof and will not give me my money back. Meanwhile no one else is having this imaginary problem he is talking about. He called us to return the money he stole and after we agreed, we never heard from him ever again...
